The cabin warms up with a fireplace and air heat pump. Running cold water and electricity are available all year. The cottage of 40 sqm is made up of a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed, dining table and fireplace. TV and DVD are available. Bathroom and toilet are not provided. There is outdoor toilet and easy outdoor shower. Bring your own wood. Feel the peace and quiet!

Quiet and peaceful accommodation with grazing animals in the pastures down to the lake and with the forest's tall fir trees as guardians to the east. Boat is available for quiet tours in Sörsjön (guest fishing cards are available to borrow) several swimming areas are all within walking distance from the cottage. Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring, all seasons are equally beautiful here!❤️

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop 4 min walk. The house is timbered in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from the death of the wastehouse when it was moved here. The decor is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Fresh house with room for four people. Here you enjoy the best nature can offer, all year round. Read a book on the pier and swim in Lake Stora Aspen when it gets too hot. Take out the oak and cast for pikeperch that you grill over an open fire. Pick mushrooms around the corner, bask on the jetty, walk on the ice, pimp a perch, hike the utility trail or enjoy doing absolutely nothing. If you get tired of the peace and quiet, you can go to Västerås' largest shopping center in 40 minutes.

The shower is in the main building. The forest is just around the corner with good opportunities for shorter or longer walks. Free parking.
