Maribel's place was a beautiful, peaceful, and spacious place to stay! My family of 5 and I were so happy and comfortable here and it was a decent distance to Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks (~1-1.5 hr drive). The provided amenities were very helpful.

Beautiful home, exactly like the pictures! We loved the table tennis table and game room. Also the record player — made the whole place so comfortable. We wished we could stay longer! So near Sequoia’s entrance too.

Loved our stay kitchen had everything you’ll need which is great! Highly recommend.

It’s hard to put into words just how incredible this place is, I could write paragraphs. We use vacation rental homes a lot and this by far surpasses them all. So nice not to have to buy tp, paper towels, gbg bags, laundry & dishwasher det. and more but it’s all supplied. Beds are super comfortable, high-quality sheets and towels, and plenty of them, lots of extra blankets. Box fan in every closet, sound machine by every bed. So, so, so many extra touches beyond what I mentioned that go above and beyond. The place inside and out is both beautiful and serene. Could have happily spent a month. Only one small country store in the little town nearby so if you plan to do cooking and stay an extended time, definitely hit up a Walmart or a large grocery store before you arrive. Especially if you’re looking to get away from it all and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing retreat, this is the perfect place whether you’re one couple, a family, or a group of friends. Owner should teach a class.

Karl was a wonderful host. He accommodated an earlier check in to allow us to drop off our groceries which was so helpful! We appreciated the well stocked kitchen, sharp knives and clean grill on the patio to prepare and cook all of our meals. This house was such a comfortable place to come back to each evening after spending the whole day exploring the parks. The decks were perfect for having our morning cup of coffee. The picnic table was a lovely spot to share dinner each evening. And our boys enjoyed playing in the grassy yard. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay while exploring Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Park this is it!

Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful home! It was a wonderful stay, it was great but the only thing that I could really say is that the grill is not in the property. Otherwise everything was perfect

We had such a nice time staying here! What really stood out was how the house was laid out. Each room had its own vibe, which made the whole place feel special, like a real getaway. All the greenery inside made it feel super welcoming, and we loved how sunny it was during the day. Bonus - being right next to a gas station was actually perfect for when we needed to grab drinks or snacks quickly. Honestly, we'd stay here again in a heartbeat and would tell our friends to book it too!

The place was very clean and spacious. We loved the pool which was very clean and in a very private setting. The photo of the pool is accurate however it did not show the sitting space with two love seat couches and a table to enjoy while at the pool. This area also had cool lighting to enjoy at night. The living room has a large comfy couch with large TV with all the channels. We used Netflix and Hulu with no advertisements. They have a Keurig coffee maker and all the coffee choices one could want. The kitchen had all the spices you can think of. They also had a Pac-Man game machine which brought back memories of the good old days. We went to Sequoia national park (30 min drive) and Kings Canyon (1.5 hour drive) from here. We will stay here again when we return to this area.

Lilly and Jon are great hosts. Their ranch is absolutely stunning and something very special to experience. The nearby rolling hills and animals that you can interact with are priceless on their own. The amount of space you get is well worth the money. There is a bedroom with a king bed, entirely separate living room that has a sofa sleeper, coffee bar, and large bathroom. There is also an outdoor kitchen area that has more than you need for a short stay. I used to clean hotels and have a high standard of what clean looks like and I can honestly say I’ve never stayed somewhere that felt so clean which I was not expecting for a ranch stay. Looking forward to finding time to go back for another stay!

This was such a beautiful home , way better than expected, Leanne was very helpful and responsive when reaching out to her. Would recommend 100% we will book again when we’re back in Visalia.

We booked this space for a combined family vacation consisting of 7 adults, 3 kids/teens, and one toddler. The overall space is great. There are enough rooms to where you don't feel on top of one another and can enjoy privacy. The kitchen was also spacious with working full-sized appliances. There was also plenty of plates, bowls, utensils, cups, pots/pans to make full meals. We used the grill a few times as well. It is important to note that the outdoor kitchen grill had warning tags not to use, but there was another grill available. The outdoor pool was perfect and deep! Something to be mindful of if you bring those who aren't good swimmers. There are some pool toys as well as floaties/life jackets provided though. We did need to ask the host to turn on/off the water features. The slide was a hit but it did tear the swimsuits of those who braved it haha! Inside, the pool table and arcade games were a hit. My only disappointment was there was no hot tub despite photos showing one.

The place was amazing! My family & I enjoyed it very much. There were many activities for children to do indoors and the adults enjoyed the treadmill. ☺️ there was ample space. We would love to go back. Everything was perfect.

We absolutely loved staying at Shannon’s place. Our trip was to visit some friends that live locally in Kingsburg and see their son graduate highschool. We bought the kids with us and made it a mini family vacation. The location was not too far and located in such a peaceful and beautiful location, in the middle of a vineyard (check mark for mom) The pool and basketball hoop was just what we needed to keep our kids busy (check mark for the kids). The house is spacious and feels very homey. We will be coming back to visit our friends and will definitely be renting Shannon’s place for each of our visits.

Kristie was so sweet and responded lightning fast to any questions I had. The place was extremely accommodating for all of us, of course the pool was the best for tolerating 106* weather. I recommend staying here, it was perfect for our pets as well…:)

The place was very nice! They provided a lot of things and everything was very organized. It was a beautiful place to stay at, my family and I were very comfortable.

Perfect place for us to stop between Sequoia and Vegas, loved sitting outside in the evening with the fire on enjoying a cold drink after a long day hiking! Beautiful spot and a cute little town.

We absolutely loved our stay—this place is a true hidden gem. That said, here are a few helpful things to know before you go. Google Maps is the most reliable for finding the house, as Apple Maps can miss some of the smaller roads past Redwood. It might be worth asking for turn-by-turn directions in advance, just to be safe. And when you arrive, look for a minty green house—it was previously brown, so older photos may be misleading. One of the best parts of this getaway is how close you feel to nature. While many of the popular hikes are about 30 minutes to an hour away. The house is warm and inviting, with a balcony that offers a stunning view—especially in the early mornings. The living room is cozy, though it does get a bit warm in the late afternoon as the sun pours in. Still, it's a perfect space to unwind after a day outside. On weekends, there’s a cute café in nearby Cedar Slopes that serves coffee and lunch— And on Friday nights Pierpoint Bar and Grill has karaoke!

I’ve stayed here a few times while in town for work, and every time it has been better than the last. Manuel obviously reinvests time and money into this property, and it shows. By far the best place for the price that I’ve found in Tulare.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable guesthouse. We stayed here to visit Sequoia and King's Canyon National Parks for a few days; it takes about 55min to reach the park entrance from here. It was perfect for our needs. Very responsive host and clear instructions for everything. Would stay here again!

Was a wonderful stay was in the middle of an amazing orange orchid place is like new the host ms Diana was very responsive after us 2 silly ladies some how locked our selfs out she sent a wonderful gentleman within 10 minutes to help us the oranges again were a site to see Beautiful. easy ride to Sequoia park thanks again
