Historic listed grocery's farm

The old grocery farm is built in 1760. Exciting listed building. Located in the historic center of Højer, it bears witness to the time when marsh farmers served well on the trade of oxen abroad. The house is characterized by its age and has many original elements such as baroque doors, Dutch tiles. The part that is rented as a holiday home is about 100m2. You enter from the garden side in Dielen (transverse hallway) from here there is access to living room (Pissel) bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The garden is non-toxic and sheltered.

You will be close to the Wadden Sea included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. High altitudes are worth a visit with the beautiful old houses and small streets with sights such as among other things Højer mill, Højer lock, handicrafts. Agrotourism at Pilegården - Tønder

The house is one large room and is located in Tøndermarsken in the southwest corner of Southern Jutland, near Møgeltønder, Rudbøl and Tønder. There are large windows with a view of nature and fields around 360 degrees and you can optionally close the view with blinds and make it more evening cozy as needed. In front of the house is the heron in the lake and there is the opportunity to see buzzards, swallows, ducks, etc., as well as large flocks of starlings in spring and autumn. All of this helps provide a natural experience.
