Here, just 12 minutes from Visby and 20 minutes from Tofta beach, you can enjoy the rural setting and at the same time be close to the pulse of the city. The house has its own patio and parking, and you will be surrounded by the farm's life where there are, among other things, bulls and tractors. Visby, Gotland Relax in this fantastic newly built house with a natural plot in lovely surroundings seven kilometers north of Visby. Here you live close to everything with one kilometer to the sea and cozy Själsö fishing harbor. The newly built house of 132m2 has three bedrooms (all with double beds), two bathrooms (one with double shower), large living room and kitchen with kitchen island. Fully equipped laundry room with mudroom. In addition to this, there are 4 good mattresses for children to sleep on.

Loft apartment which you reach via an outside staircase. One bedroom, two beds, a sofa in the living room. There is a toilet on the second floor. The shower and one more toilet is on the first floor and you go via the outside staircase to get to it. Second bedroom in the guesthouse that is included if you are more than 2 p. We recommend to travel by car or bikes, it is 4 km to the northern city wall. You bring your own bed linnen and towels. You tidy up the place before leaving. Free parking.
