Welcome to the Villa Skogsglänt. A newly-built villa with all the comforts. Pool, large patio, fireplace and not least walking distance (1km) to Tofta beach. The house is 112 sqm (100 sqm inside) and there is also an additional building with a bedroom of 10 sqm that can be rented to. The house is located in Gnisvärd only 15 minutes drive from central Visby. From the residence you can get on 12 minutes by car to Visby Golfklubb, which in 2020 was voted Sweden's best Golf Club.

At the area around the pool there are sun loungers, wood-fired pizza oven, barbecue and a table with seating for eight people.
