We had an amazing experience staying at this guesthouse. The property was exactly as described - clean, stylish and very comfortable. András and Barbara were incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location was perfect – close to Amber Bride by Sorg Villa (where we were having our wedding) yet quiet and peaceful at night. The amenities were a great bonus too – fast Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and a nice shower. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again or recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in Leányfalu.

We had an amazing stay at Eva’s place with our family! The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable living spaces. The kids absolutely loved the selection of toys, which kept them entertained throughout our stay, and the big garden was a perfect spot for them to run around and enjoy the outdoors. The location was fantastic as well—everything we needed was close by, from shops to parks, making it super convenient for our family. Eva was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with kids or looking for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway.

Nagyon otthonos, hangulatos és kényelmes házikó. Telis-tele van környezetbarát megoldásokkal, és rengeteg hangszerrel. A képeknek megfelelően fest, megfelelően felszerelt: az eszközök megfelelően működnek, a fagyasztó résszel ellátott hűtő adekvát méretű, a kávégép darált kávéval működik, ez van bekészítve, illetve egyebek, mint cukor, tea, méz. A házigazda nagyon baratságos, segítőkész és proaktív - szíveskedett a környékkel kapcsolatos tippekkel, lehetőségekkel, útmutatókkal szolgálni. Begyújtott előre az érkezéseink előtt, és körültekintően bemutatta a házban fellelhető lehetőségeket, így pl. a szauna használatát. Ha érdekelne, hogy ezutóbbihoz hozz-e extra törölközőt, ne aggódj: fejenként 2-2 volt előkészítve. A hely megközelítése kocsival döcögős lesz, ugyanis a bekötő út durván kátyús, persze ez nem a szállást minősíti: a ház oldalán parkolásra alkalmas terület.

We had a great time at Szilvia's place. The view from the house was amazing and the size of the house was a perfect fit for our party. The wine cellar looked really cool. We had a great time. Szilvia was a responsive host.

A kis ház kellemes és megfelel a leírásának és a képeknek. A környezet nyugodt, zöld és természetközeli. A ház tágas és jól felszerelt, ideális egy pár napos kikapcsolódásra. A konyhában minden megtalálható a főzéshez, aminek nagyon örültem, hiszen szeretek magam főzni nyaralás alatt is. Egy mosógép és mosogatógép is a vendégek rendelkezésére áll, ami megkönnyíti az étkezések körüli munkát. A kert szép nagy és ideális tollaslabdázni, bográcsozni is. Összeségében nagyon jól éreztük magunkat és ajánljuk mások számára is a hazát, akik fair áron nyugodt környezetben szeretnének pár napot eltölteni.

A beautiful and spacious home perfect for our two families on holiday. We loved the hot tub and beautiful outdoor space.

Minden a megbeszéltek szerint történt. András mindig azonnal a válaszolt a kérdéseinkre. A házban minden rendben volta. A medence az udvaron nagyon jó volt. Nagyon tetszett hogy tényleg privát nem lat szomszéd a házra grill szuper. Mi szülinapot tartottunk es minden nagyon élveztünk. Augusztusba vissza térünk egy hétvégére ismét.

Die Unterkunft hat uns rundum begeistert! Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend – zentral gelegen und alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das absolute Highlight war jedoch die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Stadt, die man direkt von der Wohnung aus genießen kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Man merkt, dass hier auf Details geachtet wird, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen: In den Sommermonaten kann es in der Wohnung ziemlich warm werden. Mit Ventilatoren und gezieltem Lüften lässt sich das einigermaßen ausgleichen, aber eine Klimaanlage wäre definitiv eine sinnvolle Ergänzung. Insgesamt aber eine tolle Unterkunft, die ich gerne weiterempfehle – vor allem wegen der Lage, dem Ausblick und dem hohen Wohlfühlfaktor.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew's Place! The apartment was absolutely beautiful—spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with comfort and style in mind. Every amenity we needed was provided, and the little extras Andrew included were much appreciated touches that made our stay even better. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. There’s a grocery store literally downstairs, and two of Budapest’s best restaurants right at your doorstep. Despite being so central, the apartment was completely peaceful and quiet—zero street noise, which was a real treat. Andrew was an amazing host. His instructions and guidebook were the most thorough, well written and thorough I've ever found on Airbnb. Literally step by step check in guide with photos. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. Highly recommend—this is one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had!

This place exceeded all expectations! The location is absolutely perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The home was spotlessly clean and even better than the pictures—which is rare to find on Airbnb. Communication was smooth and friendly, and check-in/check-out was incredibly easy and well explained. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in Robert and Peters apartment. Everything was as good if not better than described and shown in pictures. The apartment is spacious, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. The kitchen had anything you could need to make great meals. The location directly overlooking the Synagogue is fabulous. The little balcony on the back overlooking gardens was a delight in the mornings for our coffee and breakfast. It was hot whilst we were visiting and it was great that the airconditioning was so effective and not noisy (unlike some we've had in 5 star hotels)i There is nothing negative about this apartment . We found it quiet, yet it was right next to restaurants and bars etc. We found a lovely patisserie less than five minutes round the corner, very handy for croissants with our coffee, sittting on our very sunny balcony. The whole experience was wonderful and we fully intend to return to Budapest and Robert and Peters apartment soon. Thankyou so much.

We were in a great location, close to everything. You could walk or take cab. We found the room was spacious and very well decorated. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We had a quick 24 hours and our host helped us with suggestions on how we could make the most of our time. Beds comfortable, bathrooms were nice especially in master, furniture was nice, it would have been nice to spend more time.

The apartment is fresh and elegant and the 6th floor balcony provides wonderful views up and down the Danube. We loved the sunsets behind Buda Castle, just stunning. Andrea helpfully provided a list of restaurant recommendations, local shops and some things to do and was very responsive.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage. In der Umgebung gibt es ausgezeichnete Restaurants sowie die Möglichkeit, in einem Supermarkt oder in der stilvollen Großen Markthalle einzukaufen. Die U-Bahn-Station sowie Straßenbahn- und Bushaltestellen sind nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt. In etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man einen wunderschönen Park am Gellértberg (Green Hill) sowie das bekannte Thermalbad. Obwohl die Wohnung also sehr zentral liegt, ist sie ruhig und bietet Privatsphäre. Sie ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht.Die Dachterrasse ist sehr einladend, das Highlight ist der Whirlpool. Auch für Kinder jeden Alters gibt es viele Spiele, Spielzeuge und Bücher. Marietta und Gergely sind sehr freundlich, antworten sofort und haben viele hilfreiche Tipps. Und als i-Tüpfelchen erwartet die Gäste am Ende ein liebevolles Geschenk. Alles in allem wirklich top – absolut empfehlenswert!

Grand merci Márta pour cet accueil chaleureux, et encore merci pour la flexibilité le jour de départ! L’appartement est super bien situé : tout est proximité à pied, plein de restaurants autour. Nous avons bien passe magnifique séjour à Budapest grâce à vous. Le seul bémol est les travaux qui ont commencé à 6h du matin juste en face de l’immeuble, mais cela dépend pas du tout de l’appartement.

Gem in Budapest, we had an amazing stay. Walkable everywhere, even to the Pest side watching the view over Danube, it was magical. It’s very convenient, Betthyani ter station is literally 1min away as well as the Spar supermarket. All amenities were provided and the flat was clean and tidy. Thank you Tünde for such a clear instructions upon checking in, we didn’t need to worry about anything and we stayed like it was our home. Highly recommended!

The apartment was even better than the pictures and description. Pristine condition - we felt like we were the first to ever ‘live’ here even just for a few nights. The location is ideal for not only its view from the various balconies, but also to start your touring - super easy to get to all the major Budapest sites. Csaba was available at check in and acclimated us to his apartment and provided us the local insight which was super helpful and exciting. I could not recommend this Airbnb more. 10 ⭐️ stars. Amazing location on the Buda side. Very convenient. Right bt Chain Bridge. And the back deck looks right st the Buda palace dome.

Very well placed apartment near the Danube River, basilica and many other sites. I came here on my own and stayed in this apartment before a conference. I felt safe and did not have an issues getting around. Apartment is also close to a little supermarket to get water and other small items. I would definitely stay here again if I come back. To even make it more 5 stars, include more toiletries such as 5 star hotels such as shampoo, hair conditioner and lotion. I came during the week that it was hot. The bed had a nice blanket but it would be nice to have just a bed sheet. Shower seal is not the best. I had to wipe and dry the floor every time I took a shower. Other than that, it is a very nice apartment.
