sehr schöner Ort, ein authentisches Haus in der Altstadt, urige dörfliche, Atmosphäre. Mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, liebevoll eingerichtet. Nach einer langen Wanderung bei sonnigem Wetter, konnten wir den herrlich kühlen Wohnraum genießen. Das Haus ist ein super Ausgangpunkt für Wanderungen und Erkundungen der Serra. Ach so, nicht zu vergessen, das köstliche Frühstück. Unbedingt buchen! Wir haben es sehr genossen! Danke Rui und Elisabete!

We had a lovely week at the house and the surrounding nature. The house was beautifully located, well equipped and clean! Although we had very rainy weather during our stay, we still enjoyed beautiful hikes and the house offered a cosy refuge for us. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone else. Thank you for the hospitality António!

We loved our stay at Casa do Professor. It was so quiet and peaceful. Lovely views, beautiful house inside and out. It worked well for a day trip to the Duoro wine area and another to Viseu, it was wonderful to come home to. Also nice walks in the general area (one was from the house, towards town, onto the ecopista). Lovely, quiet area full of small villages. Easy driving, groceries and restaurants nearby. We cooked a few meals and had what we needed. Having the washing machine was helpful. Comfortable beds, beautiful decor, yummy pastries delivered by Antonio's parents. Antonio was responsive and gave a lot of helpful suggestions in response to our questions. Highly recommended!

We’ve had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartment. Stunning views, nice pool and Pedro is the best Airbnb host you can get. Would love to come back here some day.

We enjoyed our three nights at this beautiful property. Weather wasn't the best but that's how it goes sometimes. We enjoyed walking around the vineyard and the small town nearby. The electric bikes are a nice add-on that would let you really explore the area without having to drive. Sandra was a great host and was always reachable if needed. Mattresses lean towards the firmer side, but that's been the case with most of our Airbnb's in Portugal, and not a problem just an FYI if that's something you like to consider when booking. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed the property and would have no problem recommending this place to friends.

Adri and Petra are wonderful hosts. They greeted us personally, provided great information and were very generous and kind. We wish we could have stayed longer, as their place is beautiful. We were surrounded by nature, right in the middle of stunning mountains and hills. It was tranquil and peaceful and great for taking long dog walks or hikes. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

We've had an amazing 4 days here. It's just a perfect location and we felt at home here. The pool, the view, the garden with grill - everything was just perfect. The only 'negative' things, if you can call them negative, is that the bathroom is on a different floor than the bedrooms, and that the parking is a bit tight for a large car. We can fully recommend this place to anyone looking for a private getaway in a beautiful location.

Casa perfeita especialmente para o verão, extremamente bonita e com uma decoração impecável e criativa, fez com que a experiência fosse muito mais memorável. A Carolina e a sua irmã foram queridas e a comunicação foi ótima e constante. Tudo limpo e com tudo o que é necessário. A piscina foi agradável com uma vista maravilhosa para as montanhas. Uma experiência a repetir! Fui previamente contactado se forma a saber a hora de entrada na casa e quando chegámos a casa estava com uma temperatura super acolhedora em todas as divisões. A Linda fez questão de deixar um cabaz com produtos da zona que estavam maravilhosos. A cozinha super bem equipada, como tudo o que era necessário para uma estadia e família e amigos. Toda a habitação estava bem cuidada, limpa e com vários detalhes que nos faziam sentir em casa.

The little village of Sigueros is truly a magical place. We booked this home last minute after staying nearby in a different cottage. We loved the area so much we needed some extra time there! There are gorgeous walks and numerous trails right from the house. We cooked and enjoyed the fire in the evenings. The bedding, matress, pillows - all incredibly cozy. We hope to return in the summer when we can enjoy the pool and the excellent outdoor spaces at the house. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Richard and Ishbel offer a very special home, allowing you to get off the grid and be surrounded by beautiful nature while also being very close to many amenities - gas, grocery, cafes and restaurants within a 10mins drive. The hosts are very accommodating and friendly, and live next door and are very respectful of your privacy and helpful with providing suggestions. They have a large property that is a paradise for kids to explore with rabbits, cats, dogs, ducks and chickens - and even horses across the stream at another property.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Een ruim huis, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, schoon en fijn prive zwembad, Arcilio is zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. Zeker een aanrader!!!

This is the second time we visit this paradise! it's so beautiful there, the lake in front of the house, the forest behind the house. So much peace there. If you need some time to relax or enjoy peaceful moments with your family or friends, this is the place for you!

El lugar es precioso, tienes varios sitios por el jardín en los que sentarte cerca del río. También tienes algunos kayaks que te dejan utilizar. La casa es muy acogedora y con buenas vistas, pero no cuenta con calefacción o chimenea por lo que si hace frío te tendrás que abrigar. En la cocina tienes todo lo necesario. La cama es muy cómoda.

Lugar relajante e impecable. La piscina es única. Toda la experiencia fue perfecta. Lugar ideal para disfrutar en familia y desconectar de la rutina.
