Apartment holiday rentals in Visnjeva

A nice modern tidy apartment which served its purpose for the last night of our trip in Montenegro. Location is quite a bit out of the central Budva so we drove which makes it much easier. Air con works well as it was warm during our stay. The main road below is quite a busy one so is noisy late into the night if you are after a more peaceful stay. Would stay again!

I stayed with a friend for 4 nights. In general, we were satisfied with everything. Ana was in constant communication with us, so there was no problem in that respect. It was very nice at home, the only problem was that it was close to the car wash. She's a wonderful person, Ana. 🫶🏻

Myself and my partner stayed here for 4 days and honestly wasn't easy to leave. The apartment became out home for these days and we loved every moment. We were brought snacks and treats from the host which was incredibly nice. The view was spectacular, honestly the place could have had no bed and it still would have been unbelievable. Thank you so much for this trip, I cant reccomend this place enough!

We highly recommend it. Beautiful place. You have to get a little tired to get to the top but the views are beautiful. Mira is a very warm person and despite the language barrier we communicated well. 🙂

We are very satisfied with the place we stayed. It was easy to find the location. We were able to enter easily with the instructions provided. He had everything at home. We didn't use it, but there was even a washing machine. The kitchen and utensils were very clean. The bathroom was very clean, the bed linens were all very good. It had a small balcony. It was very good to have a mega market right under the house, it was easy to shop. We are very pleased, if we come again, we will definitely stop by. Thank you. 😊

Without doubt the most luxurious airbnb we have stayed in over the years. The bed linen and equipment are like a 5 star hotel! The comfiest beds, perfect kitchen, very useful laundry room, great sound system in the living area, private parking, small gym area - even beach towels were provided. Lots of reviews mention the view from the balcony and it really is the best in Kotor. Finally Marija was excellent, super helpful and friendly and always so quiet to respond. 5 stars doesn’t do it justice!

The photos do not do this place justice 🙌🏻 It is absolutely beautiful and so, so clean. The view from the balcony is 10/10. Pool clean and quiet. The location is perfect - only about a 15 min walk right to all the restaurants and the old town. Also felt very safe at all times. Host was amazing as she sent recommendations for food, sight seeing as well as helpful shortcuts. Would stay here again 😊

Beautiful home, perfect location, and wonderful hosts! You feel like you're living in a movie set this home is so gorgeous. Sparkling clean, beautifully furnished and an amazing terrace with a hot tub that sits directly on the bay. You can relax, watch the boats (including cruise ships) make their way through the bay. If you leave the curtains open at night, you can wake to a beautiful view from the large king bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the place is every bit as beautiful as the pictures. The location is great. Just a few steps to the ferry (free for walkers) and you can be on the other side of the bay in 10 minutes. You can easily access everything from this lovely village (Tivat, Kotor, Prerast, Herceg Novi, Porto Novi and Budva) by bus. Finally, our hosts were the best we've ever had. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and fun. We hadn't planned to come back but might now just to stay there and see them again. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

I cannot speak highly enough of Karen. He was the best host we have ever had the privilege of being welcomed by. Nothing was too much trouble. Karen was communicative from the outset, sharing a wealth of local information which was so helpful, he also helped us with restaurant bookings too. Karen went above and beyond, by taking us to the supermarket when we arrived so we'd have a stocked kitchen. Thank you so much! I would urge you to stay at Karen's beautiful apartment if you are considering a trip to Montenegro!

A beautiful apartment with an incredible view of the bay. Close by to Old Town and lots of other activities. The apartment had lots of little things that made us feel right at home and the bed was super comfy! 😊

The host welcomed us with a smile and understanding. After getting to know the furniture in the house well, he kept in touch with us throughout our holiday and kept us informed. We had a very peaceful and trouble-free stay during our stay. I would like to thank the host.

We so much enjoyed our stay at Marko’s garden apartment ! It is a fantastic location, quiet, surrounded by nature, beautiful view, it gives a private feel though it is in fact close to Marko’s home, which is useful as he is always available for questions, help and tips. Specifically those tips are so valuable: if you have a map and you think you know where to go: don’t: ask Marko for tips first, you will be glad you did. He is very knowledgable about the place and in fact about the whole of Montenegro. As said the apartment and location are lovely, but the greatest asset of the place is Marko himself. He is the most friendly nd best host ever, he cares for his guests and their wellbeing, helps where and whenever he can (he carried our heavy bags up the stairs to the cottage, he helped us instantly when we had a minor medical problem, and he provided us with advice and tips). Skadar Lake is beautiful and Virpazar is a nice tiny place. We absolutely recommend Prevalis and Marko !!!

We stayed as two couples and it was a very comfortable, pleasant stay. A car is absolutely necessary, but the location is wonderful, private, and quiet. Amazing views from the apartment, the patio, and the beautiful seating area above the kitchen! The only thing we wished we'd known before we booked was that the hot tub is €10 per 30 minutes. My partner and I had a great stay at Mira’s apartment in Drazin Vrt. The location is amazing, we couldn’t get enough of the view from the balcony! Mira was extremely helpful throughout our stay and made our trip to Montenegro special. Thank you Mira, we had an amazing time!

Booking this place is the best thing you can do for yourself. It’s extremely clean, beautiful, new and luxurious. It has everything you can possibly need and even more! The bathtub with the view on Kotor Bay is perfect. There’s a place to park. The communication with the host was great as well. Happy we ended up here!

A perfect place for a relaxing vacation. Calm and cozy atmosphere with a special charm. The staff were wonderful – Abbas, Volkan, and the lady were all exceptionally attentive and friendly. The chef cooked delicious meals every day. The beautiful pool was a real highlight – perfect for cooling off and lounging under the sun. I also really enjoyed the sauna – absolutely fantastic! You couldn't ask for a lovelier or more accommodating host. Such a beautiful view from the top floor - it never got old. This home has a great location and is easy to walk to the Old Town, maybe 15 minutes. This place worked out perfectly for our group and we hope to return to Montenegro soon!

The apartment has everything you need for a family with an infant or toddler, from a crib to baby chair, washing machine and dishwasher. The host was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and felt at home. The only recommendation for the host is to get rid of some of the furniture. When looking for a place, the address didn't show up on Google maps, so please create a pin for your Airbnb, so people can find it easily.
