Beautiful south-facing terrace shaded in the afternoon, truly magnificent and unobstructed views towards Mont Blanc, the Aiguilles of Chamonix, "at the foot" of the Bossons glacier opposite. Set back 20 m from the road in a residential area. Transportation is a stone's throw away. 2 parking spaces are available in front of the house. Wi-Fi. No TV.

Access by car is not possible in winter. If it snows, you can take a sleigh or skis from the village directly to the house. The house does not have central heating, the fireplace is fired with wood. Works wonderfully!
