Dear guests, The privately run apartment is located in the middle of the idyllic village of Altenboitzen, about 9 km outside of Walsrode. Altenboitzen impresses with its quiet location without main roads but still with a very good connection to the A27 highway in the direction of Bremen, Hanover and Hamburg. This self-contained apartment is ideal for use as a short stay, vacation or by arrangement for a longer-term accommodation or as a fitter's apartment.

The small apartment is on an old farm that has been converted into apartments. The charm of the apartment with the old beams invites you to relax and unwind. A large associated property can be used for picnicking or sunbathing. There is plenty of parking on the farm. The apartment is located in Düshorn, a small village in the Lüneburg Heath. There is a bakery and village shop, and in Walsrode, 3 km away, there are numerous shopping opportunities.

My place is close to the heath park, safari park, bird park, snowdome, Soltauer thermal spa. The apartment has its own terrace in south-east orientation. The apartment is in the basement of a residential building built in 2014 and has a new and upscale equipment. The metropolises of Hamburg/Hanover/Bremen are each less than an hour away. Bad Fallingbostel can be reached by bike within a very short time and offers everything for everyday needs.

Welcome to our loving studio apartment with additional bedrooms. It is located in the attic of a beautiful building from 1900 and has its own entrance through which you can come and go undisturbed whenever you like. The apartment has a spacious kitchen and a large living room with TV incl. Netflix access. Even those who have a lot to do will find a desk with LAN / Wi-Fi. In addition, you have your own small garden area with table and chairs.

By train you can easily reach Hamburg/Bremen or take the Lower Saxony ticket to the North Sea.
