This spacious and modern 50m2 loft/duplex is located in the Vista Alegre area, on the southern outskirts of Madrid. With room for up to 4 guests, you'll find everything you need for an unbeatable stay. The studio is a ground floor duplex on the street, so you enter directly from the street. As you can see in the photos, the loft/duplex consists of the following spaces: FLOOR 0: * a living room area with a sofa and a TV, * a dining area with a dining table next to the kitchen, * a rest area with a 150x190 double bed that has no partition or door, although it is somewhat set back from the living-dining area, and * a full bathroom with a shower with screen. The sink and shower area are open to the lounging area, and the toilet area is separated by a translucent sliding door. FLOOR 1: * a second lounging area upstairs with two 90x190 twin beds that also does not have a door, although it is on the 1st floor, separated from the living area, and * a full bathroom with shower. Again, the washbasin area is open to the bedroom, and the shower and toilet area are separated by a translucent sliding door. On the other hand, being located at street level, it may be a bit noisy at times. This is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest. Guests have access to the entire room. Towels, linens, and hand soap included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask us any questions. The house has air conditioning and heating through a split-type air conditioner with a heat pump in the ceiling (although it heats the entire house as it is an open space). It works by means of a remote control hanging on the living room wall. The hot water works through a 76-liter electric water heater: it is important to know because it can run out and then, it is necessary to wait for the water heater to fill up again. If you'll be arriving after 8:00 pm, please read the House Rules carefully so that we can organize things. :)
