Only stayed one night, but everything was great. Walked up to town for dinner and great breakfast in the AM. Staff was kind and helpful! Will stay again if I’m in the area.

We stayed here on the Camino dei Borghi Silenti. Excellent breakfast served impeccably and, at our request, in advance of almost an hour than the normal time of the property.

very welcoming couple accommodation in the city center with parking right next door. for breakfast we can't do better I thought I was or taken for the Queen of England with this beautiful dishes everything was well presented and very good. very very clean accommodation and the very spacious room thank you we are very happy with the stay at your place.

Joelle and her husband went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I was shaking off a virus for the first couple of days, and abnormally cold, so she provided extra blankets and an electric kettle. She offered me a comfortable place to write. Every morning, she or her husband made breakfast for me, and we attempted to converse in Italian. A word about the apartment -- it is in my favorite part of Todi, very convenient to stores and shops and a literal stone's throw from the best trattoria in the city. Grazie mille for all your kindness!

Malgoratza (Margherita in Italian) is a guest who makes you feel from the first moment a very welcome guest, in a very particular bucolic dimension, with all the comforts of a small resort!

Great apartment ... Quiet ,relaxing place with a beautiful pool and well-maintained garden... very friendly and welcoming hosts.... A royal breakfast like we love them!!! Everything was perfect from bedding to linens ,not to mention the toiletries available in the bathroom ... Very good 5 stars!!!!

The house is in the center, a short distance from Civita, very convenient for walking to the ghost town. Thank you Sandra for the beautiful atmosphere, for the welcome, and for the abundant breakfast with everything prepared at home, we really appreciated it!

The place is beautiful and surrounded by nature, easily accessible from Orvieto and the main attractions of the area. The rooms and rooms are simple, but very well cared for and clean. The food is great and the welcome is friendly and professional. Highly recommended 100%. The only regret is not staying longer.

Staying at Nicoletta's was regenerating, the place is a little paradise where relaxation reigns. Everything is very well cared for, from the extremely clean rooms, the impeccable garden and the breakfast with truly exquisite homemade pastries. Nicoletta was also very welcoming, she made us feel at home! Highly recommended

Comfortable room, very clean, very close to the beach but no free parking space. The train station is 5 minutes walk . Accommodation that met our expectations since the goal was to be close to the train station to go to Rome during the day (about 1 hour by train).

This was the perfect location for exploring one of the most beautiful areas of Italy. Pierluigi could not have been a better host. The place is perfect. Super clean place, stunning rural views, fresh baked pastries and home made bread for breakfast along with delicious local cheese and hams. Lots of space I’m the room, well equipped bathroom and amazing AC which given the temperature outside was a God Send! Beautiful towns and villages near by. Can’t recommend enough.

Giuseppe and his wife greeted us as though we we family and did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. The location is breathtaking, peaceful and private. Giuseppe made a dinner reservation at a quaint and authentic nearby restaurant which was incredible. We can’t say enough and would return in a heartbeat.

We stayed for New Year's Eve at ivo and Claudia. What to say... kind and helpful people. Perfect house, we went in 4 families with a total of 15 people. The setting was suitable for 19 people so we were very spacious. Everything is perfect, highly recommended, we will definitely be back

Great welcome, the bedroom and bathroom are very clean and the breakfast is rich and plentiful. A very quiet home away from the chaos of downtown. I'll be back.

We stayed at Casa Lola for the strategic location to be able to do a part of the Germanic Way, which starts from Amelia. We had a great time for the location of the property, for its features and for the extreme tranquility of the area. In contact with nature, with a beautiful garden, a nice view, green spaces. The house is very nice, in a rustic and welcoming style, the hosts were really kind and helpful, the breakfast was good and plentiful. In addition, we enjoyed the cuddles of Lola, the host's dog, very good and sweet, from whom the B&B takes its name. We would be happy to come back.

Rustic accommodation in Umbrian farmhouse perfectly furnished with a pool, very clean and relaxing. For those who want to enjoy relaxation in nature. Highly recommended!

The property is beautiful, surrounded by nature, with breathtaking mountain views from every room. It’s the perfect place to relax and disconnect. The host family was kind, attentive, and very welcoming, making us feel at home while still respecting our privacy. The pool area is always quiet and clean, ideal for relaxing at any time of the day. A big plus was the free breakfast served every morning, generous and perfect for starting the day with energy. The location is great — just 40 minutes from Rome by car, making day trips to the city easy. Plus, Tivoli and its famous villas are only 15–20 minutes away, which was a lovely bonus. Highly recommended guests looking for a peaceful and scenic retreat near Rome. We would definitely love to return.
