Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Viterbo

We chose the property based only on the listing description and pictures, which turned out to be very accurate. Really lovely house in beautiful surroundings, immersed in nature and quiet. The house was characterful, clean and large enough to easily accomodate our party of 7 in 4 separate bedrooms. The property was very well equipped, including Wi-Fi (even though mobile reception was good enough). Beautiful reception rooms on the ground floor, and books everywhere! The temperature during our stay was in the high twenties/low thirties but the house remained quite cool. Can't comment on what it would be like in winter. A car is required as the property is isolated and not served by public transport, but the nearest village is only 10 minutes away by car (very narrow roads). We loved the place and would recommend it for people visiting the area (provided you don't mind staying off the beaten path).

Adelaide’s place is very peaceful -- you can hear the birds chirping in the garden and there's a comfortable hammock a few steps from the front door and an outdoor shower nearby -- and yet it's only a few minutes from Atigliano. Important for me: Adelaide is a dog lover and was very kind and helpful with my dog, Mocha. The only small drawback is that the indoor shower is tiny. I'm tall with an average build and could hardly fit in it. But the lovely outdoor shower (which provides privacy) made up for it and is a treat on a hot day.

House well beyond expectations, very quiet area, surrounded by very kind people. The house itself is much better than in the photos,very bright, the kitchen offers all the comforts you may need, the dining area comfortable and spacious, the spacious bedrooms, comfortable and well organized bathrooms. The whole house is well cleaned and with the addition of accessories such as soap, washing machine, cleaning material, which make the welcome at home. Raffaella is beautiful, very kind, ready to help and advise, immediately responsive in her responses and to meet everyone's needs. Let's not forget the beautiful terrace and the large garden equipped with a large pool that I had the pleasure of being able to try. Fastello is a small frazione close to many areas of culture and Montegrotto that offers everything. Also the bus stop is a few steps away. Staying here was a real pleasure.

Sara and Salvatore's place is a jewel with every detail. We really appreciated all the little attention given to their guests. The view is incredible and has priceless tranquility. Hosts are available. We hope to be back very soon!

We loved our stay here! The house is charming and so unique. We especially loved the beautiful views from our patio and the restaurants nearby. Caleb was a great host and was very responsive. The cats in the area were definitely a huge bonus. We can’t wait to be back!

We had a lovely stay in Bolsena. The house is in a great location with excellent views from the multiple balconies and roof terrace. It was very clean and check-in/check-out experience was very simple. Communication with Oystein was very good and plenty of useful information provided. Would highly recommend staying here!

Valentina’s apartment was exactly what we needed! It was in perfect condition, close enough to the Rome airport to easily make a mid day flight and far enough to enjoy a day of peace and quiet in a classic and very friendly Italian town. The farmhouse is FABULOUS! We stayed in this beautiful place with 7 people, my whole family! Each room matched the description, clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds and mosquito nets very useful in the countryside! My parents really appreciated the suite on the second floor, and the bathrooms were equipped with comfortable showers and hot water. The icing on the cake is definitely the outdoor space! The garden as far as the eye can see, the silence, the clean air... the hammock! We had a barbecue with other friends on holiday Sunday evening, and the space met everyone's expectations. It was very difficult to leave the farmhouse on Monday morning, and waking up today not surrounded by nature has put even more emphasis on how wonderful our stay was! technical information: The city center is a short walk away, but like all the villages in the area, expect quite steep climbs and descents! It's still worth it! All the nearby villages are 25 minutes away by car! GREAT!

This was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences in an Air BnB we have ever had. The location is indescribably beautiful with sunrises and sunsets which can be enjoyed from your 100% private pool. The entire building is yours and had everything you could possibly want. There is nobody else around and yet a stunning Italian walled town is within walking distance for all amenities. Federica is a fantastic host who was there for check in and then gives you the run of the villa. Could not recommend more, thank you so much Federica.

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with a gracious, welcoming host and a beautiful space to enjoy, this is it!

We had an amazing time with our dog (galgo/spanish greyhound). You couldn't wish for a better place to be on holidays with a dog. Huge area with a high-fence. A dream. Letizia was always helpful and responsive. We're definitely looking to come back.

Cala and Patrizias house is truly a hidden gem. It is an ideal location for a group trip/big family trip, as the spacious house has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, lounge groups, dining areas to seat many people, etc. We felt so safe and taken care of, as Patrizia responded quickly to all our questions and needs, and the caretaker Mario helped us with heating and so on upon request. I really hope I can return here some time, the surroundings were just so peaceful and beautiful, as are the house. We had dinner at the local restaurant (about 7-10 minutes walk) in the tiny village the house is located by one evening, which we recommend. A drink at Willy's bar afterwards should be mandatory. We can not recommend hiring chef Samulele (ask Patrizia to send his brochure) enough. He and his souz chef Katia made an amazing Italian dinner with wine-pairing at the villa. He also organized a trip to a local winery for us which was just perfect!

Arriving at Alberto and Tiziana's chalet is like entering a fairy tale... the house is very welcoming... the enchanted forest... the pool kept us company in the hottest hours. Top host for availability and kindness...we will be back as soon as possible.

What a nice surprise was this place! The chalet looked perfect and it was very spacious. Besides this we had a private Pool, bubble Bath and own part of the garden. There were toys for the kids and it was absolute quiet and peaceful. We loved it, unfortunately we only booked it for one night - we could have been there longer!

Renato was very helpful, his very spacious accommodation is well located and in a very quiet area. Great for groups or even large families!

Fantastic stay in a magical place. It is a small, quiet village, but at the same time it has everything you need: cafes, restaurants, supermarket, bakery and above all: friendly people. The apartment is very spacious and provided with everything you need. The hosts provide herbs, soap, detergent, coffee. Super! The roof terrace is a gem: always sunny! We stayed to celebrate holidays and to work, and that is quite possible because the wifi is super. Close to the forest, Lago di Vico and Viterbo. In short: you don't have to be bored for a moment. The host is easily accessible and always friendly. Please note: the Abbazia makes a lot of noise, all day long. So sleeping in is not an option ;-)

The house is neat and clean, the kitchen is fully equipped, and we bought ingredients from the surrounding supermarkets to enjoy a delicious dinner.The balcony of the master bedroom of the room is facing the lake, the view is very good, the balcony is under the restaurant bar, you can walk by the lake downstairs.Luca is very nice, very timely feedback on the questions we asked, smooth check-in, because of the sudden charge of the parking lot, Luca also took the initiative to provide us with breakfast, if there is a chance, we will stay again.Wishing Luca a prosperous business and a wealth of financial success!

What a lovely property and host! Andrea was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a tour of the home and answered any questions we had before leaving us to enjoy the wonderful property. He even sent us restaurant recommendations which turned out to be amazing. The property itself is picturesque and almost felt unreal. My family was in awe and couldn’t stop mentioning how it was the nicest part of our trip (which we stayed in multiple places throughout). It was impeccably clean without a single speck of dust present. The furnishings were all perfectly picked and each added charm to the home. The rooms were cozy and all had wonderful views. We almost didn’t even notice the weather was gloomy the few days we were there because of how much we enjoyed the home itself. I can only imagine when it’s sunny and warm! Thank you for everything Andrea. We definitely plan to come back!

Silvia was an amazing host. She went above and beyond our expectations to provide us with help to access services. She was very kind and helpful. The place is beautiful, well kept, great location. Very enjoyable stay!

Very clean, cozy apartment, equipped with dishes and everything you need. Welcome breakfast with packaged products, coffee pods, water. Comfortable beds. The only flaw is the window of one room overlooking the other bedroom, not the outside. Host available and quick to respond, provided useful information for the vacation.

Fantastic apartment on three levels. The location is very charming and full of character. The attention to details is impeccable and the property is full of thoughtful touches. It’s very comfortable and has some high luxury features like a jacuzzi and massage chair. One important aspect to notice is that the entrance to the parking area goes through a narrow entrance (just wide enough for a small SUV in our experience. Fantastic stay and highly recommended.
