Hi everyone! Welcome to my home located in Sommerécourt in Haute-Marne, a small village bordering the Vosges. Fully renovated house for short or long stays. Away from the village, the house gives you access to a nice walk or bike ride. We are 10 minutes from the A31 motorway exit. Perfect for a restful night before hitting the road again. The house can accommodate 4 people. The accommodation has been classified as furnished tourist accommodation since January 2025.

Bathroom, large shower, washing machine (linens provided). Fully equipped kitchen, living room, TV. Suitable for two people. Pets not allowed.

"La Maison d'à côté", a small country house, refurbished, welcomes you for a work stay or a family stay. Located in a village of 1200 inhabitants, 10 km from Langres and 1 km from the LANGRES-NORD motorway exit, junction of the A5 and A31 motorways. In the center of the village, you will have access to essential shops: Bakery, pharmacy, supermarket (open every day), doctor, nurses, garages, bar-restaurant, food truck. No parking worries.

The Chapel of Coteau

In the forest hides La Chapelle du Coteau which offers a relaxing and unique stay. Offering garden views, this vacation home includes a large (unheated) pool, a bedroom with a rosette, a living room with a sofa bed, a TV (no WiFi), an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a beautiful bathtub. For added convenience, the property can provide towels (€5/person) and bed linen (€10/per bed) and the Jacuzzi on reservation (€20/2 hours).

The city of Langres, less than 10 km away, will be appreciated for its rich heritage and shops. No shops in the village.

Nice and functional cottage with large terrace and lot. parking or large free garage. Located 2 minutes from the motorway in a small quiet village (ideal for a break on the way to your holiday) Also close to the Baths of Vittel and Contrexéville, if you want to spend a relaxing moment in love.
