This attractive family house, in the heart of the Côte Roannaise wine-growing region (part of the Route des Vins), is perfectly located for exploring the wider area, or simply for relaxing in authentic surroundings. The outside grounds can be enjoyed as soon as Spring makes its presence felt. Guests can also make full use of the barn*, now converted into a games room with table football, darts and more - perfect for the long summer evenings.

Maison Pernette is located in the Beaujolais Vert, on the border of the Saône-et-Loire, in the heart of the groves and fir forests. This old farm from 1878, completely renovated by us, is located at the end of a path and at the foot of the start of hiking trails, the house is in the heart of nature, an ideal setting for a stay in the countryside and a complete disconnection for two, with family or friends! This accommodation, called "La Maison Rose" by the people of Roanne, is located in the heart of the historic center of Roanne: one of the oldest buildings in our city. These "old houses" with wooden panels were built in the middle of the 15th century. Neighboring the tourist office, one of the most beautiful buildings in Roanne, it has been very recently renovated. It combines charm and elegance with neat and warm decor: you will quickly feel "at home".

The courtyard is private and not overlooked. Sports enthusiasts will also find what they are looking for through the many walks that the surroundings offer.

In a quiet hamlet of Brionnais, our 20th century family home, with large flower garden and small stream, is ideal for lovers of nature and tranquility. Discover: Romanesque churches, forest trails for walking or cycling. For a family/friends getaway, the Le PAL amusement/zoo park is just a 45-minute drive away. End your day on the terrace, tasting local products (wines/cheeses) and enjoying the surrounding calm.

Country House

This house is the perfect place for a peaceful and relaxing stay with family. With its play area (for young and old!) baby equipment, cozy rooms, everything is done for you to have a good time with family or friends. You will have access to a garden, and you can stroll through the orchard. If the house is adjoining that of the owners, this is in no way a problem: the spaces are separated and we are often absent.

Come and recharge your batteries in this beautiful wooden chalet with a 35 m2 terrace with jacuzzi and incredible views of the surrounding countryside. Less than 4 km after the Salles (42) highway exit, Le Chalet is located between the historic village of Cervières and the village of Noirétable with its Casino, lake and all local shops.
