Acogedora casa de madera para una pareja .Dotada de todos los servicios para sentirse como en casa . Cama de matrimonio, cama supletoria para un niño en el dormitorio sin coste adicional hasta los cuatro años de edad. El baño esta nuevo , salón con cocina , el apartamento dispone de un sofá cama para dos personas. La casa tiene un amplio porche y jardín ideal para descansar. Cambio de toallas cada 3 días , cambio de sábanas cada 5 días. Estamos a 3 km del centro de Santillana del Mar.

Estudio en zona rural ideal para disfrutar de Cantabria, está pensado exclusivamente para dos adultos. No adaptado para bebés ni niños. Espacio acogedor y tranquilo en planta baja con entrada independiente y acceso directo al jardín. Tiene cercanía al mar y el verde infinito de prados con vacas y caballos de la zona. A 1,5 km de playas como Usil, Usgo y Costa Quebrada, y a 14 km de Santander. Super, farmacia y cafetería a 1 km y excelente comunicación con autovía y tren.
