Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Viviers-du-Lac

We spent 2 nights in the accommodation, very nice, air-conditioned, with the hot tub to cool off, it was very relaxing in this breathtaking mountain setting! Thank you very much for the warm welcome

The apartment was very well equipped (especially the kitchen) and it is located in a quiet, relaxed residential area. The balcony and the view are of course great and Nathalie was a very nice hostess. We also liked Annecy and the area very much. We will be happy to come back :)

This apartment is super well located and has a great view, we spent the weekend of February 14 there, all trips in Aix-les-Bains were made on foot (the center is less than a 10-minute walk). The only trips by car were to the lake or Chambéry. PS: the less positive point is the parking spaces, we had to park near the station or at the La Chaudanne parking lot (I took the last space). Otherwise, excellent. Thanks again for this apartment :))

Pleasant stay at "Hortensia" in Aix-les-Bains allowing you to have a peripheral view of Savoy. Monique and Jef are great hosts and are working on providing new apartments including "Olivier" which we recommend if you are visiting the area.

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

Our end-of-year holidays spent in Aix-les-Bains were a real rest. There are not many activities to do in this small town especially for non-motorized people, not even fireworks on December 31 but the apartment was a real treat, clean, very warm and quiet, a beautiful view from the window, the reality is better than the photos, the building is very chic and the garden in front of the snow was beautiful. Christophe is very kind and flexible. I recommend it 💯 and I think the spring and summer period will be better. I can't wait to come back.

Great weekend at Martin's house. True to the description, it's perfect for a group of friends, and set up for everyone to meet. Very nice terrace. 3 floors , living room, small living room, … all good! Martin and his dad Christophe very available; it was very appreciated to have this flexibility of arrival and departure . 300 m from Via Rhona (bike) in the quiet cornfields. Small studio tastefully renovated. You can put bikes in their garage. Very discreet hosts. Don't forget to buy a Saint Genix brioche (town 5 km away).

Housing is as described and even better than in the photos. The bedding is very good, everything is very clean and well renovated. The accommodation is also suitable for children. Thank you to our hosts for the special attention, with the warmth Jacques and Frédérique provided us with a fan. We would definitely recommend this place.

We were at Claire's house for the second time, almost a week. The furnishings are very good, high-quality materials, everything very generous (e.g. enough coffee, dishwasher tablets, soap, etc.). Everything is very well thought out. The location is very quiet with wonderful views. The terrace is equipped with plenty of seating and a large sunshade. Everything is just right and we'd love to come back. The communication with Claire was pleasant.

Warm welcome from Florence, quickly available for questions. You will quickly feel at home in the beautiful lodge where everything is available, even a (stick) mixer! Luxury laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Extensive set of garden furniture. Thick white hotel bath towels and beds with a wonderful mattress. Roller shutters, and car can be parked in the indoor garage. Top lodge! Florence also took the time to say goodbye to us the evening before departure. Very friendly. In short: recommended!

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

A big thank you to Puce for this short stay at Villa Carlota. The accommodation is perfect for a holiday break: location 3 minutes from the lake and the beach, easy to find parking space, extremely well-equipped (I have rarely seen an Airbnb so well-equipped), clean and beautifully decorated, cool despite the heat, separate bedroom, large outdoor courtyard allowing you to eat outside thanks to a superb parasol... in short, nothing to complain about, it was perfect! Thanks again for the nice touches when I arrived. I hope I'll have the chance to come back!

Great stay with an amazing view from the balcony! The apartment is very well located (easy to access), in a beautiful soothing environment, offering beautiful walks. A few minutes from the gazebo of La Chambotte, ideal for a spectacular sunset. Perfect for two people, the apartment is equipped with all the essentials, with some nice little extras! A big thank you to the host, who is attentive, responsive and flexible on check-in and check-out times. I recommend it 100%!
