In Viviers, a city with remarkable heritage, it is located less than an hour from the Ardèche gorges and its Chauvet cave. Also less than 20 minutes from Montélimar and its nougat, Pierrelatte with its crocodile farm. Numerous hiking trails on site including the GR42 20 minutes from the Tricastin power station. The apartment measures 48 m2 + a covered terrace of 16 m2.
