The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

On the Bosscheweg, right across from Hotel v.d Valk, is our house surrounded by trees and water features. In the garden, the work studio of the former resident has been transformed into a lovely guest house. Architecture according to the Bosscheschool. We are Chris and Ans. In 2023, we started building a small B&B in our backyard. This backyard is 15 minutes by bike from the beautiful's-Hertogenbosch with its historic center. A long-cherished wish has come true. Our cozy B&B is full of comforts and on a very small surface. You have to see it to believe it, or rather, experience it.
