Comfortably furnished beach flat with spacious terrace with sea view on the 7th and top floor of the building, completed in 2018. 3 air-conditioned rooms with fitted kitchen, bathroom with shower and hall, balcony and large sun terrace, WLAN, Smart TV and washing machine. The ideal flat for a beach holiday and as a base for exploring southern Albania. For families and couples. Animals by arrangement. Business travellers or tenants working in Albania are welcome.
