Extremely satisfied, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to answer any question you might have. It felt like I was at the comfort of my own home. Everything sparkly, cleaned with all the amenities you need. On site parking, secured. Easy access to the city center and sea side. A big thank you to the staff at the property for making my stay so pleasant and comfortable.

The accommodation was responsive to what is visible in the photos; Klarita, despite the injury immediately, always responded promptly . The access road is a rural road, a little bumpy in some stretches, but we had no difficulty getting to the property. The view of the gulf is spectacular, from the terrace you can enjoy extraordinary sunsets. The air conditioning in each room and three toilets with shower are valuable, and the main one equipped with bidet that is essential for us Italians, Brava Klarita! Recommended for those who want to spend a quiet vacation, away from the chaos of the city, and who in a few minutes have the opportunity to relax on the sea with a sunbed and umbrella at a super affordable price.

Anita's apartment is much better than I expected. It is absolutely comfortable, clean and in a great location. I highly recommend !! Anita is a person of exceptional kindness. I arrived at her house after a long day of cycling and being sick. She took care of me and gave me everything I needed to make myself as good as possible. Albania can be proud !!! Thank you for everything Anita !!!

Alvi and his family are very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is located very close to the center and at the same time in a quiet area without the euphoria of downtown. I highly recommend this listing and host.

Great villa with 3 en-suite rooms that we loved staying in!

I had a very pleasant stay, Anxhelo was very kind and very friendly from the first moment. If you have to come to Albania and stay in Valona, I highly recommend it because in addition to being a very clean and cozy place, it is very close to the beaches and convenient to go downtown and get around the nearby beach towns

We (4 girls) stayed at the beautiful accommodation in Vlorë for 1 week. It was all new and super clean. The large terrace with the orange trees and the fantastic view was particularly beautiful. There we spent beautiful evenings with extraordinary sunsets. During the day we were always on the road. Every morning Mirella (Julio's mother) came and brought us Albanian breakfast (hearty with fried eggs, vegetables or byrek and sweet like homemade cake or crepes, juice, milk, coffee, tea). It was a dream to be in. In addition, we got a lot of good excursion information. Vlorë is a large tourist town with lots of restaurants, shops and bars. The property is on the outskirts of the city and the surrounding area is rural. You can easily reach the city and the beach on foot in 10 to 15 minutes. A supermarket can be reached in 10 minutes. Perfect villa for a Green Coast stay, parking space, kitchen and house complete with really everything! super recommended. Spectacular view directly on the sea, which can be reached on foot in 4 minutes. Highly recommended for some relaxation and tranquility

Very satisfied with everything

Good house. It was off season so the nearby area felt a little quiet (and there was too much rubbish) but the weather was nice, the orange trees were full of fruit and it was very comfortable.

Our family stayed for 3 nights at Ardi’s. It is located in a gated community complex on the pristine Green Coast. The place was clean, new furnishings and spacious - great bathrooms as well. There was ample parking and outdoor space. About 5 minutes walk to the beaches with a super clean public beach and about 7-10 beach clubs lined along the coast. The beach had some of the clearest waters I’ve ever been in and waters were relatively calm. Pebble beaches so water shoes are recommended. We came in September a little outside of peak season so some of the restaurants were closed/didn’t have all food available - but it’s a developing area (lots of new complexes and shops being built) so I’m sure will get busier/lively as time goes by even in off season. You could rent a golf cart or there are golf cart shuttles available if you have accessibility issues (my grandma can’t walk very far) to get to the beaches. Ardi was very responsive and helpful when communicating. Great stay.

Very clean accommodations and house was exactly as described. Beautiful views! If you are not familiar with the area you should try to arrive with daylight. We arrived at night in a rainstorm, and it was very difficult to navigate up the narrow two way street up the mountain to get to the property.

Great host and awesome place!

Very lovely villa and a friendly host who was quick to answer any questions I had. The location is good and right on dyrmades beach, the main dhermi beach is too far to walk but only a 5 min taxi (€10). The villa is not very well equipped, e.g. there were no glasses for water and no cushions for the sunbeds, but other than that everything was very good. the pool is not heated so would be hard to use outside of summer, but it's beautiful when hot, the water is fresh with not much chlorine and still very clean.

We are a group of 6 friends and have been guests in this facility. The experience was more than positive, the place was really comfortable, clean and spacious. The area is quiet you can rest without any problem but if you want to move you have to reach Vlora, which is 15 minutes away by car. There are great restaurants and mini markets in the area. The sea is beautiful in the evening you can admire beautiful sunsets, access to the sea is private but there is no beach only a small rock platform where you can swim with peace of mind. The residence also has a large saltwater pool shared with the other accommodations but never crowded and we have always found sun loungers and umbrellas available. The host is always available for all our requests. Overall, I recommend it to everyone, especially families. It was a beautiful vacation thanks to all the staff, especially Atanasio. See you soon

Brand new apartment complete with all amenities as stated, spectacular view, clean sea, clean pool, Thanas and her family always kind and helpful. Everything is perfect we will definitely go back and recommend it to everyone

Our extended family (8 total) had a wonderful time in Dhermi. The villa is ideally located within a short walk to the beach. The villa itself is an end until, which made the stay even more private, especially while enjoying the pool. The kids loved using the pool when it was too hot to be in the beach, and even more so in the evening. The house has all the amenities needed to enjoy the stay. Several great restaurant options nearby with Mediterranean cuisine, many of which also deliver to the villa for just €1. The beach has one assigned umbrella to the villa, but during our stay (weekdays) there were other open umbrellas that the residence employees can help you use for the day. Nicolas was highly responsive before and during our stay and ensured that we had all our questions answered and provided several local recommendations. Would highly recommend this villa for a relaxing and peaceful stay in Dhermi.
