You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a Senseo coffee maker, hot water pot, mini-fridge, and microwave, but no hot plate. Central heating, outdoor lighting and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.

The accommodation is quiet, in a hamlet. The village of Labeaume and the river are accessible by car in 5 minutes. The Chauvet Cave is about 18 km from the house. Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.

Parfait pour un séjour en famille, entre amis ou pour un déplacement professionnel, ce T3 de 80m² se trouve au 1er étage d'un petit immeuble. Totalement rénové par mes soins, je me suis employés à le rendre confortable et chaleureux. Une terrasse couverte, sans vis à vis, vous offrira un espace cosy pour de bons moments à partager. 😊
