We are certain that you will have a wonderful stay at our town as most tourist locations are situated in a close distance.

Το σπίτι απέχει μόλις 2' από το σταθμό του ΚΤΕΛ και από το λιμάνι. Kourkoula House

Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia. Located just above the first port of the area named "Kourkoula", it has now turned into a very hospitable place. It has a double bed, small kitchen to prepare your breakfast (complimentary espresso capsules), bathroom & a little closet to storage your things. Parking is also available for our precious guests.

Με πανέμορφη θέα το λιμάνι & τον Όρμο των Βατίκων, αυτό το διαμέρισμα στον 1ο όροφο, σας προσφέρει την ηρεμία της παραδοσιακής γειτονιάς, αλλά και την αίγλη της μικρής μας πόλης σε μόλις 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Ξυπνήστε με τις λαχταριστές μυρωδιές του φούρνου που βρίσκεται στο παρακάτω σοκάκι και απολαύστε το πρωινό σας πριν επισκεφθείτε τις κοντινές παραλίες της περιοχής. Το μεσημέρι θα σας συνεπάρουν οι μυρωδιές από τα ουζερί και το ψητό χταποδάκι στα κάρβουνα.

Το κατάλυμά μας προσφέρει γαλήνη και επαφή με τη φύση, με τον ήχο των κυμάτων να συνοδεύουν τις μέρες και τις νύχτες των επισκεπτών, αφού η παραλία βρίσκεται μόλις 15 μέτρα από την είσοδο. Ο αίθριος χώρος μας είναι δομημένος έτσι ώστε ο κάθε επισκέπτης να έχει τη δυνατότητα να ηρεμεί κάτω από τον έναστρο ουρανό. Οι αγροτουριστικές συνθήκες που περιβάλλουν το κατάλυμα ενδυναμώνουν την επαφή με τη φύση και ταξιδεύουν νοερά τον επισκέπτη στο χρόνο.

Almi Guesthouse: a tiny gem, literally on the sea

Welcome to Almi Guesthouse, a tiny jem, literally on the sea. The guesthouse consists of a single open space with a traditional dome ceiling and a bathroom, a total of 18sqm. Outside there is a paved little yard which leads to the edge of the rocks. The building was reconstructed in 2019 and it is located on the underside of the road that connects the Bridge with the gates of the Castle, near Kourkoula, a natural pool.

Σας καλωσορίζουμε στο νεόδμητο διαμέρισμά μας, ακριβώς πάνω στη θάλασσα και στην καρδιά της πόλης. Το σπίτι είναι σε απόσταση περπατήματος από όλα τα μαγαζιά, τις ταβέρνες της περιοχής και 1' από τη θάλασσα! Η Ελαφόνησος, το σπήλαιο της Καστανιάς, το απολιθωμένο δάσος καθώς και η μαγευτική Μονεμβάσια είναι σε απόσταση 25' με το αυτοκίνητό. Ευχόμαστε να περάσετε ξέγνοιαστα στην πανέμορφη περιοχή μας!

Ολόκληρο Σπίτι στο κέντρο της Νεάπολης << Τάσος>>

Πρόκειται για το παλιό μου πατρικό. Το σπίτι είναι φωτεινό και βαμμένο με ανοικτά χρώματα. Προσπαθώντας να διατηρήσω το παλιό του χαρακτήρα κράτησα κάποια έπιπλα-αντίκες, σερβίτσια ακόμα και ένα πολυέλαιο πάνω από το σαλονάκι των γονιών μου. Έχει στο πίσω μέρος του αυλή με κληματαριά και στο μπροστινό του μπαλκόνι υπέροχη θέα ακριβώς πάνω από τη θάλασσα.
