This farmhouse offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. In summer, its natural freshness and garden shaded by the linden tree will be appreciated, as well as the heating air conditioning that will comfort you and its warm decor. Many easy walks (waterfall and paragliding) and sledding on the slopes in front of the cottage will entertain you. Voiron with its market on Wednesdays and Saturdays as well as its shops 10 minutes away. Table d'hôtes possible. Another larger gîte is available.

Your chalet is perfect for a couple with a baby : a big shared room for 2 adults (King size natural bed 160 cms X 200 cms), a wooden baby bed and changing table and a children bed 70x140 cms (from 3 to 6 year’s old), an open kitchen leading into the living room that can be changed into an adult room, bathroom and a large south-­facing deck.

Small functional house (80 m2) with terrace (40 m2) and garden. Between the lake and the mountains, the accommodation is located in a quiet condominium, a 10-minute walk to the beach and the port (waterfront restaurants, paddle rental, pedal boats...). Shops 2 km away: grocery store, bakery, butcher, post office...

Face au lac, la maison bénéficie d’une vue qui accompagne chaque moment de la journée. J’ai aménagé ce lieu pour qu’il soit confortable, chaleureux et agréable à vivre, afin que chacun s’y sente bien dès l’arrivée et profite pleinement de la nature environnante.

The gîte des Luddites is a fully renovated 135m2 character house nestled in a former 19th-century fabric factory surrounded by a large park at the foot of a wooded hill. The gîte has three bedrooms, a 20m2 kitchen, a 45m2 living/dining room with video projector and a library, and is surrounded by a large outdoor garden with a dining area. It is suitable for families or groups of up to 8 people. Free Wi-Fi and private parking.

Etienne and Matthieu offer 2 self-catering gîtes, for your stays with friends or family (your pets are welcome). The "Corps de Ferme" has a surface area of 180 m2 and can accommodate up to 10 people. Its outdoor Nordic bath is private to the gite. The "Bergerie", with a surface area of 55 m2, can accommodate up to 4 or 5 people (2 adults max.)
