Welcome to our cozy and charming apartment in the heart of Haderslev, a historic city rich in culture and atmosphere. The apartment is located just 100 meters from the pedestrian street, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The apartment has one bedroom with a large double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. There is also a small roof terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Parking is available right by the apartment, also for electric cars.

Du kommer tæt på naturen. Du har nem adgang med bil til alt fra denne perfekt beliggende base i det landlige idyl, med 10km til indkøb. Lejligheden ligger 500m fra motorvejen, og har 800m til skønne Hindemade/Pamhule. Hindemade/Pamhule har et 18km MTB spor i fantastisk og udfordrende skov område. 58 km til Legoland og Lalandia 35 km til Danfoss Universe 30 km til Kolding Storcenter 45 km til den tyske grænse Ved selve lejligheden sker der ikke det store, da lejligheden ligger på landet.

Guesthouse (annex) 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

En hytte på 42 m2 beliggende på en større grund med direkte og uforstyrret udsigt til Hopsø. Hopsø er fredet og rummer et rigt fugleliv. Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.

There is a living room kitchen bathroom two double bedrooms. Pluds a Loft with 2 beds. Hemsen is probably suitable for young people as there is a steep staircase up there… There is a weekend bed with duvet and pillow - high chairs - changing pillow in the bathroom A bath tub for children. TV with internet. Outside there is a table with chairs and barbecue. Dream bed can be borrowed if there is an interest in it
