The house is located on large natural plot with possibility of outdoor activities, nice closed terrace, and good possibility of parking on large gravel paved courtyard.

The apartment is located only 100 meters from the pedestrian street, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. There is also a small roof terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Parking is available right by the apartment, also for electric cars.

There is a large, beautiful living room and two bedrooms - both with 'king size' double beds and therefore plenty of room for 4 adults, or for 2 adults and 2-3 children.

Kick back and relax in this quiet and stylish space. In the charming, quiet area of Kelstrup Strand, this new holiday home is a short distance from the beach. The house is brightly furnished and modernly decorated as a tiny house with everything you need. The kitchen and living room are open with plenty of light, and from the kitchen window, the living room door and the terrace there is a limited view of the water, depending on the season. Outdoor spa on the cozy terrace with the forest as a neighbor.

Guesthouse (annex) 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.
