The apartment is bright and modern and located on the first floor of a building with only three apartments in total. It is fully furnished with new furniture and comfortable beds. The apartment includes a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom and is suitable for both short and longer stays. The building is quiet and also home to long-term residents, so we kindly ask guests to be considerate, especially during the evening and night hours. For bookings of 2 guests, one bedroom is opened by default. You will still have full access to the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and garden. If you would like to use both bedrooms when staying as 2 guests (e.g. father/daughter, friends, or colleagues), this can be arranged for a small additional fee.

It is a 12-minute drive (10 km) to the E45 highway.

There is a living room kitchen bathroom two double bedrooms. Pluds a Loft with 2 beds. Hemsen is probably suitable for young people as there is a steep staircase up there… There is a weekend bed with a duvet and pillow - high chairs - a changing pad in the bathroom. A bathtub for children. TV with internet. Outside there is a table with chairs and a grill. You can borrow a daybed if you're interested. There is a fly on all plastic windows. Take the windows is not the fly in. You put on your own linens.

1st floor with quiet and scenic surroundings

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, is approx. 100 m2, and has air conditioning. A cozy living room with board games, sofa, PS4, smart TV and everything you need for cooking. There is a dishwasher. There is 1 step inside the apartment. We have 3 charming and newly renovated rooms with beds for 5 adults, as well as a crib and a rollaway bed for children. We have 3 dogs and 1 cat, and pets are welcome as long as they are under control and not in bed. We share the toilet at night, but otherwise, it's 100% yours.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. The house is within walking distance of Jels Lake, where you can swim, fish, sail, etc. 0.7 miles away is the Royal Oak Golf Club and all the city's shopping and dining options are also within walking distance. Guests will have access to the entire home private covered patio, parking, and an enclosed fenced yard. The house is in a perfect central location for excursions in southern Denmark. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020).
