The purpose of my stay was: experience how life in Corsica is out of season and in a real Corsican village. Despite the fact that I didn't have a job there and I sometimes found it a shame not to be able to “get away” from “my” mountain for a sandwich and of course a “étrangère” stay, it worked quite a bit in terms of feeling. After 3.5 months, the village and its surroundings feel very familiar and I almost feel family with Françoise and her mother. We didn't walk the door flat, but they were, even though they only speak French and Corsican, extremely accessible. I miss the area and am already looking for a way to go back to it.

PERFECT would be enough to rate Julia's place. Communication, cleanliness, environment, everything is excellent. I would recommend this place and hope to be able to return soon ;-)

This place is a real treasure! It's beautiful, with everything you could possibly need provided. Florian was really helpful, checking in regularly and giving great recommendations for food. A peaceful week, in a beautiful villa, resting, relaxing and enjoying everything Corsica has to offer!

To say that we (2 adults, 3 kids, 2 seniors) enjoyed our stay would be an understatement. This place is magical, like a fairy dream world with enchanting views, a beautiful pool (+ pool house, including fridge and cooktop), multiple corners on the property to tuck away (including suspended day beds and a hammock), not to mention everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The furniture and beds are comfortable. Each of the 3 upstairs rooms has its own private terrace with furniture. Our kids loved roaming the grounds, picking cherries, playing boules. We spent hours each day in the pool. As well, Francois Xavier went above and beyond to help make our stay fantastic. He helped us navigate the mountain road the first time (it is narrow but well-maintained; we got used to it), and helped us plan day trips (Bastia and Corte). He is unlike any Airbnb host we have ever had, and this is unlike any Airbnb we have ever rented, in the best ways possible. We would love to return.

The view from this apartment is absolutely incredible (the best, all stays combined in Bastia). What a pleasure to have breakfast in the morning. The decor is sober and neat, which gives the place a peaceful atmosphere in line with the sea view. The accommodation is well-equipped, and small touches are provided. The bedding in the room is also very good. Marie Noelle was very responsive to each of our questions. The outside of the building and the common areas seem to be still under renovation, it was not disturbing, it will only make it more beautiful in the future. Conclusion: you will not be disappointed.

This is a beautiful and extremely clean apartment with amazing views. It has all the amnesties needed for a great air bnb stay in a foreign country. It is also located in the heart of the cultural area central to all the best tourist attractions of Bastia, which we greatly enjoyed. On this note, please be mindful there are 5 steep staircases to climb in order to reach the apartment which is understandable as this is an old building. This would definitely be a physically challenging task to someone unable to carry their own luggage up this many steps. It wasn’t an issue to me as my husband was with me, but it is something to strongly consider. Overall it was a very nice stay and I do recommend it.

We only stayed in this beautiful cabin for one night, but it was nowhere near enough, we didn’t want to leave! From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had stepped into a hidden piece of paradise. The cabin is stunning, blending perfectly with the surrounding nature, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved cooking in the little kitchen and the incredible outdoor shower with hot water and panoramic mountain views made it feel like something out of a dream. The garden is peaceful and full of charm, and one of the absolute highlights was the special outdoor suspension seat where you can lie back and gaze at the stars.I even saw the Milky Way. It was such a magical, grounding moment. Even though our stay was short, it left a big impression. The host has created something truly special here, a thoughtful, beautiful, and deeply connected to nature. If you’re looking for a unique, soul-soothing experience, then this is it.

This stay was perfect. Marie Pierre was very welcoming and always very available. The space was perfect. It's really a haven of peace where you can recharge. The house was perfect, very clean, very functional and tastefully decorated. Everything about it is excellent
