Our house is located in the center of the medieval town of Tagliolo Monferrato surrounded by vineyards and mountains. The Ligurian Riviera can be reached in 30 minutes by car. For wine lovers, Barolo & Langhe is famous for commute. The old port of Genoa (Genova) by car takes about 50 minutes by car. Every morning you can have breakfast in the local bar and soak up the true Italian atmosphere with cappuccino and croissant. (20m from the house) Free parking by the house on the street or nearby in the parking lot.

Recently restored period farmhouse with a conservative approach, Located in a wooded rural setting, near the picturesque historic village of San Sebastiano Curone. 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, living room, 2 kitchens and large garden; outdoor bathtub, outdoor shower, BBQ and wood-burning oven. A barn with an equipped kitchen and large dining table, a relaxation corner, sofas, a foosball table, a vintage bathtub and a large stone tub and an outdoor shower: a perfect space for rest and leisure; Spartan style.

Upon arrival, after driving along a mountain road, you will find yourself surrounded by nature. Please note that in the last kilometer, the roadway narrows twice due to work in progress. The house has 3 bedrooms: a living area with a comfortable sofa bed and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is on the ground floor next to the games room with: billiards, ping pong, darts. In the private garden, you will find the hot tub with whirlpool (extra service by reservation), the BBQ, and everything for relaxation.

Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
