You can enjoy the wonderful garden, an extraordinary oasis of peace and silence, in the city center, for the exclusive use of those who rent the apartment. Thus, reading a book, relaxing in the sun, sipping an excellent glass of Chianti or having breakfast surrounded by greenery and among the flowers of this garden will be a memorable experience!

Collina Power

Collina is an ancient stone farmhouse, the house is surrounded by fields and olive groves. It has a large garden with swimming pool and a terrace where you can have pleasant lunches and dinners. A barbecue and garden furniture are available. The road to get to the house in the last stretch is not paved and is therefore not suitable for sports cars or particularly low ones. The route lends itself to pleasant walks during the day, while at night we recommend using a car because it is not lit.

Located in the amazing tuscany countryside about 15 min from Volterra. Stunning view. To get there be prepared to drive few km along a dirt road. The house is within a complex and one of the houses is still under construction NOTE: Volterra municipality has applied a tourist tax of 2 euros/day/person for max 5 days

Apartment in a panoramic villa between Florence and Siena, in the heart of Chianti, in a charming village. Pool open from May until the end of September. From 2026, the pool will be open from 9 am to 1 pm, with exclusive use for guests during these hours.
