Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Volusia County

King G. was a real gracious host if we ever go back to Florida I'll see you about staying with him again. I have made the mistake of saying there was just 1 guest when there was really 4 of us and it was not an issue at all. The house was spotless the beds were comfortable and the back porch overlooked a pretty Lake. Love to hear the sounds of Florida.

Lovely home and looks just like the pictures. Kayla was quick to respond when we wrote her. Only thing like there’s no tv’s in the bedrooms. Other than that it was perfect.

The home was clean and comfortable. Felt like I was just in my own home. Nice to be able to have use of the garage many places do not offer that. The property is well maintained.

I’ve stayed at Glenn’s place before. He’s a great host and takes care of his properties. We’ll definitely be back.

Just stayed at The Lemon Cottage for my daughter’s birthday getaway. Prior to our arrival I reached out to Mrs. Debbie to ask her if she could decorate the cottage before we arrived to surprise the birthday girl. Mrs. Debbie far exceeded my expectations especially considering she did not have to do what I asked of her. She truly made the arrival of our girl’s weekend magical. The cottage was beautiful, and had everything you would need for a stay minus the food and extras you bring. The kids also enjoyed the snack basket that was at the cottage. Debbie was very responsive to any questions we had. Would 10/10 recommend staying in this beautiful home. Thank you so much Mrs. Debbie for your great hospitality and making my girl’s birthday extra special.

Very clean, exactly like the description. Quick responses to any questions I had, quiet area. I have no complaints this was amazing. Perfect for the two of us, if I ever come back I will be using this Airbnb again.

This was my 2nd stay because I enjoyed the 1st stay so much. I love the location, walkable to downtown Sanford. Always responsive to messages. Very clean and secure. I would recommend if your Central Florida travels bring you to downtown Sanford.

This is a great place to stay. Close to everything. Easy free parking, pool and beach access. Daniel has thought of everything even including beach chairs and umbrella. Was exactly as pictured and described. If I ever go back to Daytona Beach again, would definitely try to stay here again.

Sabra and Ben's place is absolutely adorable. Sabra communicated and responded promptly and kindly. Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchen items, and cooling options. It was quiet and peaceful, shaded with a beautiful porch area. Check-in was super easy and convenient. The pool area was beautiful, plenty of chairs. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Description and pictures are exactly as advertised.

Great area to stay! Chuck was great to deal with and gave us some recommendations on local things to do! Loved the area and the neighbourhood was very peaceful. Enjoyed the pool many days of our stay here. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thanks Chuck:)

Great host, and Great vibes. the home is near what seems to be a strip mall like 2 minutes away walking distance. It has plenty of bars, and restaurants to choose from.

Cannot say enough good things about Harry’s home—so peaceful, beautiful, and comfortable. Every detail serves to welcome visitors. We would love to return for a longer stay.

The unit was very clean. The location was perfect for us and I appreciated the underground parking with a designated parking space. The private terrace provided a great ocean view and some protection from the direct sun if needed. The host even provided some snacks when we arrived. I am looking forward to visiting again later this year.

Beautiful spot in a beautiful town

The apartment is exactly like the pictures! Beautiful, overlooking the beach. It is very clean, beds are super comfortable and kitchen is equipped with everything you may need. Our host was super friendly and ever offered an early check in at no additional cost. He recommended things to do and we ate at every restaurant he recommended, all the food was delicious. The building the apartment is located in is a bit run-down but don't be discouraged as when you walk into this place it feels like you are in a different dimension - it is peaceful and beautiful. I would recommend and stay again!

Efficient, tidy, well-appointed and a short elevator ride to the beach. I’ve stayed in bigger rentals but most weren’t half as well appointed as this unit. Updated, everything you need for the beach and great bath towels. we were able to make breakfast, lunch and dinners. A great, convenient spot for a beach vacation. Highly recommend

This was my 3rd stay at the Symphony. It's like a hidden gem on Ormond Beach. I absolutely loved this place! James sent a text just before 3 to let me know I could check in at anytime- I was just pulling into the parking area when it came! The little studio was sweet- just like the pictures. It suited my needs perfectly. James and Sonya are wonderful hosts- they even left a couple of welcome gifts and some complementary items. I have rented many airbnbs and come fully prepared with everything I need, but they supply extras for anyone traveling light. Everything was labelled - they left clear information about the condo, TV etc- and also things of interest in the area. James texted me a couple of times to make sure I had everything I needed and to reach out with any questions or concerns. I watched every sunrise from the balcony, took daily beach walks, shopped, read 6 books and watched the ocean while relaxing on the balcony. It was a perfect vacation! I will definitely be back.

The condo was very easy to find with ample covered parking. We found the condo-community to be a very family friendly, quiet place to stay. The condo was very clean as were the common areas. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy with clear, easy-to-read instructions. The condo is also a very easy walk to a convivence store and restaurants. This will be top on our list for future visits to New Smyrna Beach.

We had a great time during our stay. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and we appreciated that the beach wasn't overcrowded. we had everything that we needed and appreciated the early check-in. Thanks JoRene

Fantastic!!! Everyone needs to come back to Daytona! It was my first time staying here (I’ve driven through before) and there should be a lot more tourism for what the area has to offer. The beaches were beautiful and SO clean. The condo backs up to the beach which was AMAZING! Kelly’s condo was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway. There’s so many stores and restaurants within walking distance. Kelly thought of all of the details. Can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be back. Thank you!!!
