Despite being just minutes from the city center , you will have the impression of being outside the urban area thanks to the lovely garden with tall trees that surrounds and isolates it from the rest of the neighborhood , allowing you to enjoy the quietness and tranquility of your stay . 300 square meters of rooms on 3 floors are at your disposal. On the mezzanine floor there are two large living rooms, a study and a bathroom. On the first floor you will find a large kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room and a single bedroom with its own bathroom. The top floor is the sleeping area, a master bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom, two double bedrooms each with a private bathroom, a sitting area with a sofa that converts to a single bed and another walk-in closet. Guests will have access to the garden of the villa through a private driveway. You can park more cars in the part pertaining to the residence. We will take care to welcome you and show you the house on your arrival. Whatever your requirements or if you need informations we will be easily available to you. The villa is ideally located in Crocetta, a prestigious residential neighborhood. It accommodates any type of services and shops. The famous Crocetta market has long been a fixed destination for Turin residents because of the quality of goods sold. A few meters from the entrance to the house is the 64 bus stop that in 10 minutes will take you in the center of Turin.

The Magnolia Cottage

La casetta della magnolia is a two-room apartment with ample outdoor space equipped for relaxation, suitable for singles or couples. The kitchen area has everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is a separate sleeping area. The apartment also offers the due comfort in summer thanks to the presence of mosquito nets and air conditioning. We can accommodate up to 2 adults (bedroom with double bed ) and 2 children/boys ( on living room sofa bed).

Spacious and bright accommodation, equipped with all comforts, on the ground floor of a private two-family building, free of architectural barriers, located 20 km from Turin. Connection to the motorway at 6 km, at the foot of the mountains of Val Sangone and the Natural Park of Monte San Giorgio; 1h15 by car from the ski slopes of the Olympic area of Turin 2006. We are a family of 4: Marina, Carlotta, Giorgio and myself, living on the first floor.
