With the train station within walking distance, you are also in 5 minutes in Leiden, in 15 minutes in Haarlem and in the Hague in 25 minutes. The room is tastefully decorated, completely in harmony with the beautifully landscaped garden that you have a view of from your bed. You have a private entrance and also part of our garden is exclusively for you as a guest.

Cozy and very spacious vacation home with a lovely garden. Located in the quiet, old village center, but completely free. You can hear the birds here, enjoy the flowers. Centrally located, but wonderfully quiet. Parking is available on private property. We are happy to help and advise you. Ideal for a nice relaxing vacation, but there is also so much to do now for the sports enthusiasts. And you still have to work, at the spacious kitchen table with good wifi you sit wonderfully.

This is an ideal place to stay for a couple. It is situated on a quiet courtyard, but close to a supermarket, shops, cafes and restaurants. The interior is spotless and comfortable, with everything necessary for a self-catering stay. There is a good choice of busses ten minutes walk away, reached through a lovely park. This is an ideal location to explore Amsterdam, Leiden, Delft and the Keukenhof Gardens. There are also some lovely walks around the bulb fields in spring from the nearby town of Lisse.

My family and I had a great stay at Mats place. The home was clean, comfortable and in close proximity to many shops. We loved spending time on the private back porch, cycling to the beach and taking a walk to the forest. Mats was very responsive when we needed him. The place was well decorated, and the instructions and recommendations he provided were great. Thanks again for a great stay!

We really enjoyed staying with Robbert! The houseboat exceeded our expectations, it was very modern and nicely decorated and perfectly equipped for an extended weekend. The check-in and check-out was super organized and above all we liked the easy communication. In addition, during our stay, the owner came by to check on things in strong winds and rain. We would love to come back soon!!

We visited as family of 4 with two kids. We stayed there for 5 days and it was really really good. We would recommend it to anyone without hesitating. The places to visit are all nearby and location is perfect. Eveline made sure we were very comfortable and even helped us whenever we needed some advice. If we ever come around, we will first search for this place. Our kids loved the place, the ducks, the fields. Thank you Eveline

We (two adults and two 17-year-olds) spent four wonderful days on the Blauw houseboat. The boat has a fascinating history - it has been on the North and Baltic Seas, across the Atlantic - and is now quietly and idyllically anchored in the small harbor of Warmond. The view of the waterway and the opposite polder area is fantastic, open, wide, unspoiled. The environment is very quiet, relaxing, and restful. Quiet, slow boats pass by during the day. In the morning, from the late afternoon onwards, you are on your own. All you can hear is nature - trees, grasses, birds, frogs. Quiet for sleeping at night. The boat is tasteful, furnished with great attention to detail. It is in excellent, beautifully renovated condition, with many original items, so that we landlubbers felt like sailors. In the evening, it was very relaxed and atmospheric on deck in the lounge furniture with subtle lighting. A special holiday experience, we would have liked to stay longer!
