Achter in mijn tuin staat het tiny house, een voormalige hobby ruimte die verbouwd is tot een prettig gastenverblijf. Met een eigen ingang, keuken en een gezellige woonruimte. De inrichting is eenvoudig maar gezellig. Er zijn koffie en thee faciliteiten. Bedlinnen en handdoeken zijn inclusief. Boven is een loft waar je via een smalle trap komt. Beneden staat een 2 persoons- slaapbank. Aan de voorkant van het huisje zit je heerlijk onder de veranda en aan de achterkant is een privéterrasje.

We enjoyed the cozy and nice vacation cottage. The cottage is spacious and has a nice terrace where you can enjoy the birds and (if the weather is good) the sun. From the holiday home You can walk and cycle. Deventer, Gorssel, Zutphen are within cycling distance. Moreover, it is in the vicinity of several Pieterpad routes. Great location ! Jan and Karola

We had a great time in this tiny house! It was super clean and very cosy. The surroundings are simply beautiful, green and quiet, perfect for switching off. The hosts were super nice and the animals on site made the stay even more special. There were two of us and we immediately felt at home. This place really is a little paradise and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Erik and Carolien are very accommodating, kind and helpful hosts. Communication was impeccable and we were received very warmly on the day of arrival. Everything necessary is available in the apartment. Everything super clean with nice bathroom and sufficiently large kitchen. We can only recommend the place and are very happy to have found such a great place to stay on AirBnB.

We had a really wonderful time in this lovely apartment! It is located in a beautiful old building, but is modern but cozily furnished on the inside. Nice large bed, spacious kitchen and a nice sitting area with large TV, chromecast etc. You step out the door and are in the center of Zutphen, very convenient! Johan is a very friendly, attentive host who had even arranged a camp bed for our 1-year-old daughter. We felt very welcome ☺️
