This is a beautiful vacation home with outdoor swimming pool on the private estate "De Kleikamp". The remodeled farm has a thatched roof and is located in the gorgeous country side close to the river the Issel, near the small town of Olst, 20 minutes from the city of Deventer. The lovely house consists of 4 bedrooms and a sleeping loft. One of the bedrooms is downstairs, making it ideal for people that have difficulty walking upstairs. There are 4 bathrooms, a living room with dining area and a kitchen. There is a barn with a carport for 2 cars, and plenty of parking in the circular driveway. The heated swimming pool has the unique feature of a cover that can be open or closed, so it can be used in any kind of weather. There is a pool house with shower, toilet, outdoor hot shower and changing room. The estate consists of 20 acres of beauty and includes a very large yard, a meadow with a pond and part of a forest with hiking trails. The home can accommodate 10 people and is perfect for entertaining and for families and friends with children. Last summer our parents moved out of this beautiful remodeled farm house. We, the five daughters, love this house and want to keep it in the family. We decided to make it available as a vacation rental so we can enjoy it and share the peace and quite of this unique place with others. Onthaasten doet u in ons schitterende vrijstaande volledig ingerichte natuurhuisje. Het is gelegen aan een mooie landweg, omgeven door oude eiken. Een sfeervolle houten veranda op het zuid-westen, volledig overdekt, met uitzicht op onze (schapen-)wei. Is het te koud? Pak een elektrisch dekentje. U kunt altijd buiten zitten en genieten van de prachtige luchten en ondergaande zon. Rust en veel privacy. Door de elektr. haard en vloerverwarming is het huis ook zeer geschikt voor de winterperiode.

Our house is in the nice, quiet neighborhood of De Worp. Close to the historic center of Deventer with nice restaurants, theaters, shops and attractions. With a walk through the oldest city park in the Netherlands and a crossing with the ferry over the beautiful IJssel, you will be in the middle of the city center in fifteen minutes. The trip with the ferry still gives us a vacation feeling. You will enjoy the cozy house, the garden, the beautiful surroundings and the cozy city of Deventer.

Dit voormalige boerderijtje hebben we uitgebouwd tot een fijn woonhuis. We hebben een grote tuin van 5000 m2 met aan de voorkant een heerlijke overdekte nis om droog buiten te zitten en aan de achterzijde een hoog terras met uitzicht op weidse tuin en grote zwemvijver. Achter de heg is er een een houtgestookte 'barrel'-sauna . Ook is er een boomgaard met peren, pruimen en appels en walnoten...een geheim pad naar een chalet achter in de tuin en overal een prachtig uitzicht over de IJssel.

Relax completely in our beautiful wellness cottage "Weidezicht". The cottage is completely private. Spot deer, meadow birds, hares or kingfishers. Hop on the bike for the most beautiful cycling routes, or walk one of the clog paths nearby. Use the BBQ and outdoor kitchen, enjoy the setting sun and the "meadow" view from the whirlpool on the veranda. Do a sauna session in the Finnish outdoor sauna. Light the wood stove inside and put on some music via the bluetooth inside (or outside).

You will feel like you are in the middle of nature and yet only fifteen minutes away from Deventer. Our place is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers

If you want to relax and decide for yourself what you do, you have come to the right place! We have a fully independent vacation cottage (45 m2) next to our house where you can enjoy yourself. The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with its own complete kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Our vacation home is located in Gietelo near Voorst. From here, it is beautiful to hike and bike or visit Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.
