Guest suite in a rural setting for a minimum of 2 people. Space, tranquility, relaxation surrounded by apple trees. In the beautiful ornamental garden, a stork's nest stands out high above the many types of vegetables and roses. The guest suite has its own entrance and parking space. Paleis het Loo, Thermen Bussloo and a selection of star restaurants enrich our surroundings. Cycling and hiking are among the many popular activities. Bike rental is possible, including electric bikes!

Het Zwaluwnest

In the attic of the barn, we have made our little vacation cottage. Although small, it is very complete with a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle and oven. The bedroom has 2 separate beds (80x200). The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and shower. Bedding, bath towels, and kitchen towels are provided. Our cottage with its own entrance and terrace is accessible via stairs, making it less suitable for people with mobility problems.

Deventer Diekschuur

Our guest house is brand new, we have converted an existing barn into a spacious and modern guest house of about 50 m2. This guest house is suitable for 2 people and has all the facilities that provide the comfort you need during your stay. We live next door to the accommodation ourselves, but it is completely separated from each other. Parking is free and in front of the door, and we also have access to charging your electric car. Check-in from 3 p.m.

De Kweepeer is a cozy space in the bakery that is located next to a farmhouse. The house has all the comforts. Beemte Broekland is located in a rural area between Apeldoorn and Deventer. You love a vintage look and quiet environment, especially in the evening. The Veluwe and the IJssel are easy to visit, but cities like Zutphen and Zwolle are also easily accessible. You can park the car(s) at the house. We don't offer breakfast service. Come stay!

If you want to relax and decide for yourself what you do, you have come to the right place! We have a fully independent vacation cottage (45 m2) next to our house where you can enjoy yourself. The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with its own complete kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Our vacation home is located in Gietelo near Voorst. From here, it is beautiful to hike and bike or visit Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.
