De hele dag hoor en zie je veel vogels. Je slaapt op een knusse vide, waar je met een stevige trap naartoe kunt komen. Overig: je hebt een eigen ingang, een werk/ schrijfplekje (verstelbaar), een eigen tuintje met terras (incl bbq). Incl boeken en spellen. Luister muziek, via bluetooth of LP speler en tuur om je heen...

In the middle of the beautiful Utrechtse Heuvelrug, the ideal starting point for walking and cycling trips. Walking distance to cozy downtown with restaurants, coffee shops, shops and wedding venue Buitenplaats Sparrendaal. 3-minute walk to nearest supermarket. You can park your bike or car for free in front of the door or on your own property.

It is a few steps away from the IJssel and within walking distance of the historic center of Zutphen and the station. Zutphen is at home in all markets. Speaking of market; the market on Thursday and Saturday in the center is worth a stroll. Cycling with the wind in your hair in the countryside or to a museum or theater. Relax or work. De Kweepeer is een knusse ruimte in het bakhuis dat naast een woonboerderij gelegen is. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien. Beemte Broekland ligt in een landelijke omgeving tussen Apeldoorn en Deventer. Je houdt van een vintage uitstraling en stille omgeving, zeker 's avonds. De Veluwe en de IJssel zijn goed te bezoeken, maar steden als Zutphen en Zwolle zijn ook goed bereikbaar. Je mag de auto(‘s) bij het woonhuis parkeren. We bieden geen ontbijtservice. Kom eens logeren!

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

The studio is entirely for the tenant and is separate from our family house. The studio is accessible from the garden and has its own entrance with a staircase to the first floor. The garden has space to park 1 car for free during your stay.

Amersfoort and Zeist are also nearby.
