Das örtliche Einkaufszentrum sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fitnessstudio sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Bludenz ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus (welcher vor der Haustüre abfährt) bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum nächsten Skilift.

Our comfortably furnished panoramic apartment is located on the outskirts of town above Bludenz in a quiet village called Rungelin. From our apartment you have a special view of Bludenz and the mountain range of the Rätikon. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, hob, crockery, cutlery, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and dishcloths. Our apartment is the perfect starting point for skiing in Montafon, Klosteral, Brandnertal and the Arlberg.

We rent our attic apartment with the charm "vacation in grandma's time." It consists of a kitchen, living room with pullout couch, bedroom with double bed & extra bed and 1 bathroom with shower & toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. The glazed conservatory can also be used and the bar in the basement by arrangement. Other things to note Other payments: €1.80 guest tax/adult Person 14 years and older / night €4 garbage for a garbage bag from the municipality.

The spacious attic apartment (3rd floor) "Oskar" is located in the heart of Bregenz. Within a few minutes walk (400m) are the Pfänderbahn (the Bregenzer local mountain), the port incl. Train station as well as the center of Bregenz city center. The large bedrooms as well as the spacious living and dining area round off the old building house in the middle of the city of Bregenz and are therefore the ideal place for a stay at Lake Constance or Vorarlberg.

Das Skigebiet Laterns liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wanderrouten fangen direkt vor der Haustüre an. Da die Wohnung abseits liegt - ist das WLAN leider nicht so gut wie unten im Dorf!!
