This beautiful, thatched house is completely undisturbed in the shelter behind the dune right out to the North Sea and has a wonderful view of the valley and its rich wildlife. Here is a very special atmosphere and the house is beautiful whether you want to have fun with family and friends, come to enjoy the tranquility and the wonderful landscape or want to sit focused on some work. There is always shelter right around the house, where the sun is from when it rises until the evening falls. You can go down to bathe in a few minutes.

Sit back and relax in our quiet and cozy cottage. We have renovated our cottage in lovely calm colors and added a lot of personality and coziness. We have made an effort to preserve the old and cozy cottage style. We can highlight the large covered terrace to the south, which is almost always sheltered and the beautiful outdoor shower with both cold and hot water. Fits 4 people very well, but 6 can be squeezed in if you are a little close. Duvets, covers, towels are included. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, WiFi, Smart TV, wood stove. Washer/dryer. Quiet neighborhood. Access to the boat bridge at Sunds lake just opposite the turning area. 5 minutes to the supermarket. 15 minutes to Herning.

Annex located within walking distance of everything in Herning. Available amenities include a cozy courtyard, fridge, toilet, no shower 140x200 cm bed, electric kettle, and clothes rack. Helt unik bolig lige ved vandkanten. Meget rolige omgivelser i lille landsby. Her er der mulighed for afslapning med skøn udsigt til søen og den omkring liggende natur. Huset er ikke for gangbesværede. Trappen til 1. sal er stejl! Hvis aircondition benyttes koster dette 2,5 kr. pr. kw. Elmåler til aircondition aflæses ved ankomst og afrejse. Beløbet afregnes kontant ved afrejsen.
