The apartment is absolutely lovely—clean, bright, and well-kept, with a comfortable layout that makes it feel like home right away. Everything is in great condition, and the space has a cozy yet modern vibe. The neighborhood is also fantastic—peaceful, safe, and close to everything you need like shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport. It’s a great spot for anyone looking for both comfort and convenience. Victoria is incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking the time to show us around and explain everything in detail. Highly recommended!

Υπέροχη διαμονή. Ηρεμία, απλότητα,αυθεντικότητα που σε ταξιδεύουν σε παλαιότερες εποχές της Ελλάδας που νοσταλγούμε σήμερα. Είναι ότι χρειάζεται κάνεις για να αποβαλλει την ένταση και την κόπωση της σημερινής εποχής. Σας ευχαριστούμε για την φιλοξενία σας . Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε !

The house is spotless & very well appointed, & the views from both balconies overlooked the bay. It’s a 5 minute walk to the little beach/bay with sun loungers & 2 Tavernas plus a bar. There is a tiny little shop with limited provisions in the port. The main ferry port is a 15 minute walk (lots of steps, so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems). There’s a small supermarket 5 minutes walk away. The beautiful old town up on the hill is 20 minutes drive away. Our host Niki, was very friendly & helpful, she kindly booked a taxi to meet us from the ferry port on our arrival & take us to the house & also a rental car & arranged for it to be delivered to the house. We had a wonderful time on the island & it was great to have a car & visit the little beaches & taverna’s around the island. There are boat trips & self drive boats available from the old port too. We would recommend Niki’s house for a holiday, a quiet peaceful place to stay on a beautiful island ☺️

This is a magical place. Private and secluded, with plenty of outside space, and yet just a few steps from a beach, and a short walk to the tavernas and bars of Steni Vala. It is not luxurious, but it is comfortable and welcoming. Spotlessly clean, and well equipped, this is clearly a much loved family home. The location above a beach, in an olive Grove, is beautiful. Peaceful and unspoilt by any noise or light pollution. Arista was always very responsive. We were a group of 5 friends travelling together, and all of us have travelled extensively around Greece. We all agreed that this was one of our favourite holidays, and we would definitely come here again.

Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος είναι καταπληκτική αν είσαι φίλος της ησυχίας για ήρεμες διακοπές με εκπληκτική θέα την Περιστέρα από το παράθυρο. Επισκεπτόμαστε το νησί εδώ και χρόνια και έτυχε να είναι η δεύτερη φορά να μας φιλοξενήσει και υποδεχτεί ο αγαπητός Βασίλης . Η ευγενική διάθεση του και η καλοπροαίρετη προθυμία μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε οικεία και σαν το σπίτι μας . Ευχαριστούμε πολύ και ευχόμαστε , πρώτα ο Θεός , καλή μας αντάμωση του χρόνου !

We had the most fantastic break at Barbara’s place. We didn’t want to leave. The listing and photos really don’t do justice to it. Sitting on the balcony/ terrace listening to the waves before heading down to swim in the crystal waters of a secluded beach (not private) was a dream. The outside space is well thought through, with a variety of comfortable and sheltered places to relax. The interior of the house is not fancy, but it has everything you need and is so clean. We cooked a lot and it was pretty well equipped. It’s a 20 min drive to Patitiri or there are local tavernas nearby. You definitely need a car.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans l'appartement de Konstantina. L'appartement est très joli et nous nous y sommes senties très bien. À côté du centre de Patitiri à pied, très facile d'accès et pratique pour vadrouiller sur l'île. Nous y retournerons certainement et le recommandons chaleureusement! Et nous avons eu la joie de découvrir une famille de tortues qui vadrouillaient sur le patio, en compagnie des chats.

Alexander’s property is really special. The garden is enchanting, the view of the bay is stunning, the little private beach is priceless and the terrace is a perfect spot for shady lunches and for enjoying the bats flitting about at dusk. The properties are indeed a little tired but this is a family-owned group of buildings, clearly loved and enjoyed and cared for. It feels like staying at one’s own Greek holiday home which is charming. Alexander and other family members who help manage the property were really helpful, friendly and responsive which we appreciated. They have sea kayaks and a giant paddle board which we were allowed to use so were able to access hard to reach beaches and explore a little lagoon not too far away. This is a busy island with a lot of public beaches; this holiday home offered a haven of peace and a quiet place to access the sea and sunbathe. There are sometimes people swimming past because the snorkelling is so good. We would happily return!

Nous avons été très chaleureusement accueillis par Manlio et Fiorella qui nous ont partagé leur connaissance de l'île et donné de precieux conseils. Nous avons beaucoup apprecié le charme et le calme de Secret Sporades, la vue magnifique de la terrasse ainsi que de la piscine qui nous ont offert des couchers de soleil inoublables! Unsere Zeit in der Villa von Jacky und David war einfach traumhaft! Die beiden sind die perfekten Gastgeber und haben unseren Urlaub unglaublich komfortabel gemacht. David hat uns sogar persönlich vom Flughafen abgeholt und wieder hingefahren – ein toller Service, der uns das Schleppen des Gepäcks im Bus erspart hat. Zudem standen uns Jacky und David jederzeit mit großartigen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants zur Seite und waren stets hilfsbereit, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Die Villa selbst ist ein absoluter Traum! Sie ist fantastisch ausgestattet mit allem, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht und nicht im Koffer mitbringen kann. Von Grundlebensmitteln wie Gewürzen, Essig, hervorragendem Olivenöl und Kaffee bis hin zu Sonnenschirmen für den Strand, Sand- und Wasserspielzeug für die Kleinen und Großen und, und, und. Die Lage der Villa ist ebenfalls unschlagbar: Nur eine Minute zu Fuß von einem wunderschönen Strand entfernt und zahlreiche Restaurants in der Nähe

Thanks for having us Machi! You're home is beautiful, from the moment we drove through the gates we felt at home. The kitchen is well stocked, I made fresh orange juice and coffee every morning and enjoyed the view from the terrace. The pool is bigger then we thought it would be, and the bed is super comfy. I hope to be back someday. P.s Read the reviews and hire a car! It is possible to walk, but the hill is very steep and hard especially in the heat. A car is worth it to explore the beauty of Skopelos.

We had a lovely stay the villa was really nice ,and well maintained it was a great location for us , the area is lovely and very easy to catch the bus into Skiathos .Alexandros was very kind and easy to communicate with us . Thanks for having us .

Really lovely villa as previous reviews suggest. Much appreciated local snacks and wine on arrival. Very comfortable beds. The pool is great and is probably 180cm depth throughout so probably not suitable for non swimmers. Villa was cleaned midway through our 1 week stay which was great. Located two mins walk from two excellent restaurants, small shop and pleasant beach where boat hire is available. Agnontas is a great location with easy access to Skopelos town by car or bus and the beaches on the west coast. Overall would strongly recommend and would love to visit again.

just amazing so special for us so relaxing two large patios we ate El fresco every day sunbathed and enjoyed the most amazing views of the sea and islands Kostas and Paraskevi must be justifiably proud of this accomodation highly recommend to any one looking for something very special

Wir waren heuer bereits zum sechsten Mal in Skiathos, aber diese Unterkunft war mit Abstand die beste! Allein die Lage ist schon wunderbar - am Berg inmitten eines großen Olivenhains. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Kühlschrank und Kühlfach waren sehr groß, es gab sogar zwei Kühlakkus und eine Eiswürfelschale. Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Olivenöl, Oregano waren ebenso vorhanden wie Geschirrspülmittel, Spülschwamm und ein Wäscheständer mit ausreichend Wäscheklammern. Rania hat sogar die "alte" Filterkaffeemaschine für mich wieder ausgegraben, obwohl es jetzt eine neue Nespresso Maschine gibt. Rania hat die Wohnung alle zwei bis drei Tage gereinigt, Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. In nur sechs Gehminuten befindet sich ein kleines Geschäft (öffnet um 8 Uhr), in dem man alles, was man braucht bekommt (wenn auch wesentlich teurer als im großen Supermarkt in der Stadt). Danke nochmals Rania für die Skiathos Spezialität! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We loved our two nights stay in this accommodation. The accommodation was absolutely perfect for our requirements very clean very convenient and allowed us to make the most of our short stay on Alonnisos. The host was very easy to communicate with and the accommodation had everything that, we needed and was exactly as described. We were met at the port and it’s a very short walk to the accommodation. We would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to use again .

The apartment has the perfect location at the heart of busy Skiathos Town with great views of the harbour. It's just a short walk to any of the restaurants, bars, shops, taxis and bus. We instantly felt at home and loved the simple, greek inspired interior design. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering. The bathroom is fresh and clean with a great shower! We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

We stayed for 9 nights and enjoyed the peace and beautiful scenery. The apartment has amazing views and had everything we needed for our stay. Panos was friendly and communicated well with us. We walked up to the village for coffee a few times - 20 minutes at brisk pace along the road. And enjoyed a swim after running back down the road. Would recommend getting a small 4WD car for the drive down and for other roads on the Island. We managed in a Micra but did lose a tyre once. A fantastic peaceful apartment with the sea a very short walk along the road - would recommend to active, nature lovers.

Superb beachside accommodation - clean and comfortable with good facilities. Very welcoming and friendly host. Being met at the ferry and taken to the house was very helpful too.

A great summer stay at Villa Mari, a simple sailor house well arranged, with a beautiful small garden and most importantly a wonderful terrace just on the seashore to enjoy as you wish the sunrise or the sunset! Enjoying such a lovely place, having a sea swim early in the morning or late in the evening is real luxury! Kapitan Vangelis and Maria, with the assistance of Sonia, are wonderful owners!! A real pleasure, and good memories for our family!

We spend two weeks in this beautiful spot in a quiet and authentic part of the island with views and walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. We enjoyed sleeping to the sound of the waves at night, going for a swim on foot in the morning and spending time on the balcony in the evening watching the stars. The apartment is clean, comfortable, well equipped, and very close to the other villages and beaches. Mrs. Soula is a great host and a very sweet lady who made sure with had everything we needed. Thank you!!! We will definitely come back to Milia!
