This beautiful house in the seaside resort village of Aghia Marina, located on the Athens Riviera (only 15 min away from the airport) is the single one in a 1,5 acre property. The property, planted with olive trees, and other water self-sufficient plants offers various places for relaxation under the shade. Moreover, the half basketball court (official size) equipped with lights gives the perfect setting for enjoying sports during days and evenings. The house itself underwent a full renovation in 2018. Respect has been paid to original materials and traditional forms at the same time aiming to meet the most demanding needs in terms of comfort and elegance. Property Description The property is located in a flat area ideal for walking and biking to the beach. Arriving in front of the stone fence, you are welcomed by a gated drive with space for at least 4 cars. The surroundings of the drive is planted with various trees such as olive, lemon, pomegranate, almond and pistachio trees which are in season at various times of the year. The house with its’ stone-paved surroundings, is situated at the end of the drive and in the middle of the property, far enough from the nearest road to offer privacy and tranquility. The surrounding areas feature courtyards and barbecue facilities. The courtyard with its stylish white marble dining table promises relaxing moments under the shade of a huge olive tree. The rest of the property is dedicated to sports-lovers and kids of course. A half basketball court (official size) with lights is ideal for evening matches or just kids’ biking around and enjoying the half acre free plot. Facilities for young kids such as a slide and swings make the place a true playground. House Description The living area is an open space full of light with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Entertainment, work, relaxation and romantic atmosphere meet here. A desk surface facilitates working on spot, a 43’’inch Smart TV offers connection to your game console, lights create a special atmosphere for dining and relaxing. The living room gives exit to a balcony overlooking the basketball court. This is an ideal spot for early morning relaxation and lazy afternoons. The 2 bedrooms feature queen beds (1,60m) (KING KOIL) with fully equipped wardrobes. The elegant master bedroom with its wonderful morning sunlight offers a private bathroom with a shower. The dreamy second bedroom with its wooden ceiling and its decoration creates a romantic atmosphere and gives exit to a courtyard where a couple can relax in privacy. The main bathroom offers a shower with a built seat and is one step away from the second bedroom. Guests will have access to the areas described and shown in the photos including courtyards, barbecue facilities, basketball court, playground area and of course private parking area. I always try to be discrete to the maximum providing private check-in and making sure that everything is 100% ready upon guests' arrival. A two floor maisonette providing luxury and comfort, a step away from the sea overlooking one of the most prestigious gulfs in Europe in Vouliagmeni. Highlights of the residence include: Swimming pool with salt water, private garden, extremely easy access to the beach and many more! The area where the house is located, is completely protected from NE winds (meltemi). The space provides two entrances from both the beach and the parking space, 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a private garden, sea water swimming pool and a great sunset! all four bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Visit nearby Vouliagmeni Lake's thermal spa and admire the geological phenomenon in its atmospheric surroundings. Public transportation is 5 minutes away. You also can either use the taxi station which is a 10 minutes walk, or call for a taxi through phone. If you are going to rent a car, there is a private parking area for two cars. The house has modern inspired decoration with very expensive materials and brand name furniture. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF THE HOUSE FURNITURE, ACCIDENTS ARE UNDERSTANDABLE BUT DAMAGE FROM RECKLESS LIFESTYLE, WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. The house is a non smoking area. If you do want to smoke please use the exterior spaces to do so. Weekly sheets change and cleaning service are included in the price. Beach and shower towels are also provided, there is no need carrying any from home. Options for baby cot and/or child bed , are also available but I need prior notice for the bed setup. For kids there is a tennis / basketball court besides, that is used as a playground. For bookings longer than one month, ask me for a better quote.

We will make sure that your stay will be amazing! The house is by car five minutes from the sea. You will have a nice view of the surrounded trees and hills. There is a mini-market exactly beside the house so you will have all you need without going far. Most importantly there wont be any noises and its peacefully as you can imagine.
