Mountains, rivers, rough nature, picturesque villages, castles and beautiful cities such as Vichy, Moulins and Clermont-Ferrand nearby. Bellenaves at 1.5 mile with all basic facilities and a train station. Building huts, canoeing, walking, cycling, swimming in the Gorges de la Sioule. It's all possible.

Without land, it nevertheless benefits from a prime location less than 50 m from the communal fishing pond and the services of the neighboring campsite (e.g. emptying for motorhomes).
