Situé au milieu des vignes et en proximité des châteaux de la Loire, le Vieux Pressoir est un lieu de repos, de détente et de convivialité. Les producteurs locaux de vins, de fromages et de fruits et légumes sont présents. La Loire, les châteaux de Cheverny, Chambord et Blois, le golf de Cheverny (18 trous), le spa Caudalie sont situés entre 5 et 15 minutes du Vieux Pressoir. Le Zoo de Beauval est à 20 km. De nombreux circuits de marche et vélos sont accessibles à partir de la maison.

Ancien relais de chasse de 1895. Le gite accueille 9 à 10 personnes avec 4 chambres et 2 salle de bain. Il est mitoyen à la maison des propriétaires. Havre de paix entouré de forêts à 2,5 km du village et a 2 heures de Paris. Autre gîte pour 5 personnes dans la propriété (La Maison du verger) Sur place, jeux de société, jeu de Molki et boules de pétanque. Vous séjournerez à proximité des châteaux de la Loire, du zoo de Beauval, des vignobles de Sancerre, randonnées, équitation…

Ideal for a getaway or vacation, relax in the heated pool from mid-June to mid-September, and also enjoy the petanque court for convivial moments.

It is independent of our main residence and ideally located in Lamotte Beuvron just minutes from the Federal Horseback Riding Park, Center Parcs and the city center with its restaurants and shops. In our region, you can also discover iconic places such as the Château de Chambord, Cheverny or the Beauval Zoo.

Sologne of the "Bontens" ponds

Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.
