We lived there for 2 and a half months and we definitely liked this place. Everything is as in the photos, there were grids for instructions on how to get inside, there were no problems with that. Branka is a great host, if there were any questions, we quickly received answers, very responsive, friendly and pleasant, thank you very much!

Iva's place is in a great location, 15 min walk from the airport minibus stop. It's easy to find and looks just like the photos. It was super hot the first few days and the AC worked great. Dont hesitate to stay here during summer! The washing machine in the bathroom was very convenient. There's a 24 hour supermarket just down the street, and lots of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Iva's place, especially if its your first time in Belgrade.

Very nice apartment and building, in a nice neighborhood, close to public transport, or very good access to City Center. The apartment is better than in the photos and Ms. Vesna is a super host.

We rested in June 2025 for a week together. Check-in is contactless, which is very convenient, there is everything you need for a comfortable life, everything is thought out. It was quiet, cozy. The sun never shone in the window. The owner quickly answered all questions. A present was left for the guests - products, which is very caring. If you are looking for a clean house and quality home appliances, don't miss it. Ivan was very helpful and made sure we had a smooth stay. There is a relatively short distance to the city center, but there is no problem with transportation. They provided a high level of service in terms of price and quality. Thank you.

Lily and Mladen are amazing people. Upon arrival, they went above and beyond to accommodate our unique situation, and throughout our stay, they were super amiable and at our service. The apartment is cozy, clean, and has everything you could possibly need. The location is great. It's close to everything— grocery stores, attractions, the Belgrade downtown area— yet away from the crowd when you need a time out. I'm already missing this place. I highly recommended!

Great apartment, beautiful interior Couple things to keep in mind - it's 1 floor, so there is a bit of car noice; and it's a bit cold inside Our stay was pleasant nevertheless

Location was good, in the new center as well as close to the old side (Knez Mihailova st.). Wonderful balcony view, though a bit windy. A parking place available, easy get in with apartmenent keys. Flat was as explained. Check in was very easy and Alexa was very helpful in responding every question just on time. We haven’t seen her but, she was with us whenever we need. Definitely would like to come back.

Accommodation in a safe, central area. The studio was very clean and tidy. Katarina is a great host, very communicative and friendly, and even let me check out later than I had agreed. As a guest, I 100% recommend this accommodation and will definitely come back again.
