Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Voždovac, Belgrade

Pavle's apartment is in a new area of Belgrade and is a new building. Anyone who currently finds something to complain about here really has expectations that can only be met in a much more expensive hotel. Communication with Pavle is 1a and very friendly. I used the underground car park, as we have a car with a height of 196 cm, so it fit in easily (max. 200 cm). Pavle was able to answer all these questions for me in advance. The apartment was super clean, everything we needed was there. Ideal for 3 people. You also feel safe in the apartment because there is a steel door & reception. Nespresso machine is available. Around the apartment, there is everything you need every day. Pizza at the pistachio directly in front, cafes, supermarkets are nearby. Shopping center (Galerija) with many restaurants in 500 meters and a walk along the Danube is possible there. Super enthusiastic, therefore a 10 out of 10 ☆

This was our third time staying at Danko’s place, and it truly feels like coming back home. Every detail is always taken care of- the apartment is spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located. What really sets it apart are the hosts- Danko and Aleksandra are consistently thoughtful, kind, and welcoming, making each stay better than the last. The place somehow manages to exceed our expectations every single time.

The apartment is spotlessly clean and located in a new, modern district of Belgrade. There are plenty of cafés and a bus stop just a few meters away. You can also reach all the main sights on foot from there. Communication was excellent, and we were picked up and dropped off at the airport. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment to everyone!

One word: wauw! Absolutely lovely apartment with all I needed for 1.5 weeks in Belgrade. Very comfortable, really felt like home! Close to a lot of shops, nice restaurants and walking distance of the old city center. Vladimir and Danimir were incredible hosts! Would defnitely come back in the future if I visit Belgrade again!

This is a Great Airbnb in a good location. If you travel with your dog there is a great dog park nearby. Comfy bed, great shower, and a really comfortable and welcoming balcony. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

I think this was one if not the best AirBnb booking experience that we had. A beautifully designed, cosy and comfortable private house, right in the centre of Belgrade, surrounded by museums, restaurants, shops and Belgrade’s beautiful architecture. Adrian, is most attentive, a wonderful host who will accommodate you and help you settle in, who you can count on if you have any questions, ranging from how the stove works to where is the best place to get groceries. Very interesting to talk to, had a lot of fun anecdotes and in general very charming and witty. We lived there for about two weeks and it was the best two weeks abroad we had, a true “Home away from home” experience. I cannot recommend the T.L.C high enough! Absolutely 12/10! Thank you!

Milka was a great host, she was immediately available for all questions and helped with advice and action. It is a very nice house and the complex is perfect for groups. Feel free to come back anytime!

We stayed here a week ago and I can say it was a very nice experience. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, just what we needed for our stay. It's true that it's a little far from the city center, but that wasn't a problem, especially since the area is quiet. The host was very kind and always ready to help us with anything we needed, which made everything much easier. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation, it was a good experience and we had a good time!

This is a corporate apartment which served our needs. It gets 5 stars because of Milos with his cheerful prompt responses and problem solving via Airbnb text. Otherwise it's a 4- good -but great is within reach. The beds are great, in small rooms with no storage, hanging space nor reading light, things a 5 usually has. Having a dryer with the washer is a big plus. As mentioned by others, the small shower can be difficult to navigate. Unwieldy handheld shower head and no place to put your soap within easy reach but plenty of hot water. Last but not least, we had to buy toilet paper, not a 5 star characteristic. The supply was a little more than one roll for two adult males for 3+ days. Having said all this, I'd stay there again. After all, it was good.

First of all i would like to say that Laura is the best! She was replying so fast whatever i asked here. We were always in contact. The flat was perfect. Easy to find and location is great. So clean same as the pictures. If i can have a chance to come again, i will definetely choose Laura’s house! Thank you for everything.

The distance of only 20 meters to the busiest street was great for us. We were very successful in finding and entering the house with the instructions given by the host. The house was the same as seen in the photos and it was very enjoyable. We were very helpful and responded quickly in terms of using the devices in the house. It was a great experience for us, if I travel to Belgrade again, I will not look for another place. Thank you Dragan😊

The location is great, walking distance to a supermarket and shopping centre. Milo’s is an amazing host, super responsive and kind. The apartment is clean with a good AC and washing machine. I would recommend staying here :)

The B&B is in a prime location with convenient transportation. There are many tram and bus lines at the street corner, and there are supermarkets and grocery stores nearby. The owner Hristina greeted us with a smile and warm hospitality. She helped us move our luggages into the house and explained the use of the equipment in detaisl. Thank you very much. The B&B is clean and comfortable, with complete equipment and facilities. The shower water source is sufficient and there is enough hot water, which makes us feel at home during this stay. I highly recommend staying in this B&B. When leaving, Hristine helped us call a taxi to the airport, which I am very grateful for.

It is a quiet oasis in the centre of the city, fresh and nice. The beds are comfortable, the yard is beautiful.

Loved the stay, the party lights were nice easter egg.

Good and clean, the only thing is if you have big travel bags, there is no lift to be used and need to physically carry those to 5th floor😂
