The terrace provides for a great place to have an evening dinner and watch the wonderful blues of the sea or the tremendous outline of Split. In the evening you can enjoy the sparkling lights of the Island while relaxing with your favorite drink! Our property is located on the beach and has direct access to the sea in a very relaxing and safe area. Best of all we are just 10m till you can touch the water of the Adriatic! Along the beach you will find a number of restaurants, bars, pizzerias and cafés offering typical Dalmatian food and beverage at reasonable prices. The nearest marina is a 5-min walk from the apartment thus allowing easy access to one of the nearby islands such as Brac or Hvar. Also along the beach within a 5 minute walk there is a large 5 star hotel and casino that also has an array of places to dine, enjoy a cup of espresso or just get an ice cream. The apartment has an air-conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet as well as its own parking space. The apartment has tile thru-out the unit and furniture that is very comfortable and relaxing. The bathroom has an enclosed shower with sink and toilet. The apartment is located on the first floor which is a great option for people who do not like to climb stairs! The Beach Suite 4 offers 1st class accommodation for up to 5 person right next to a beautiful sandy beach. Beach studio is located near the city center and just 2 minutes walk from the beach. Apartment is really spacious for 2 persons, equipped with washing machine and parking is available around the building, no private space, but you get the key from the parking ramp and when you find space you can park there. In addition to the rental price there is final cleaning fee of 50 euro payable in cash on the arrival.
