Een heerlijke week gehad op de prachtige plek aan de Maas. Zomerse temperaturen eind april, begin mei. De omgeving is prachtig, de weelderige bergheuvels met vers groen aan de Maas. Het huis is werkelijk een klein paradijsje. We hebben veel buiten gezeten in de prachtige romantisch aangelegde tuin. Fietstochten gemaakt, wandelpad achter het huis over de bergkammen uitkijkend op de Maas. Er zijn 3 slaapkamers allemaal bovenin het huis. Een slaapkamer heeft een aangrenzende badkamer met wc. De andere badkamer is beneden met apart toilet. Een zeer goed uitgeruste keuken en heel veel mogelijkheden tot spel. Echt een heerlijke week gehad met vrienden en de plek is een enorme aanrader!

Traumhafte Ferienunterkunft in einem traumhaften Ort. Sowohl wir als auch unser 4-beiniger Begleiter haben uns vom ersten Moment an extrem wohl gefühlt. Ein herzlicher Empfang und als i-Tüpfelchen eine leckere Suppe begrüßten uns. Wunderbare Wanderwege direkt ab der Haustür, eine tolle Terrasse zum Entspannen, ein wunderschöner Kamin zum Aufwärmen. Der Garten ist Hundesicher eingezäunt und wurde gerne und viel genutzt da auch die Auswahl an Terrassenmöbeln mehr als ausreichend ist. Die Betten waren bequem und die Kommunikation mit Patrick hervorragend. Die Umgebung mit ihren zahlreichen Naturschutzgebieten und Wanderwegen hat und verzaubert. Insgesamt einer der schönsten Urlaube. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Un super gîte très bien aménagé, joliment décoré, dans un cadre superbe. Et merci à François pour son excellent accueil, sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité, et ses conseils de promenades. Nous avons passé une nuit au gîte et nous souhaitons déjà y retourner dès que possible :) C’était super !

Contact et accueil très chaleureux, Alain a pris le temps de nous conseiller sur les activités aux alentours. La maison est fonctionnelle, idéalement placée au bord de la meuse, avec 2 belles terrasses. Le calme du lieu est malheureusement un peu perturbé par la nuisance des voisins et d’un chien qui aboyait une bonne partie de la nuit . Nous avons bien conscience que Chantal et Alain n’y sont pour rien ! Merci à vous 2 pour vos attentions et votre gentillesse ! David et Claire

Notre séjour chez Pascal et Kilian était super! La maison est très confortable et dans un cadre chaleureux. Le jardin est charmant avec des espaces privatifs agréables comme la terrasse couverte. Nous avons testé le menu servis à table et c’était de belles assiettes et c’était très bon! Je recommande !

The arrangement of the apartment, with a view from the living area out onto a balcony and the river beyond, is stunning- you don’t need a TV because there is always something to see! The apartment has everything that you need to be very comfortable. We greatly enjoyed discovering nearby villages on walks. This kept us busy for 4 days with lots left for another visit….

Das Haus von Françoise und Thierry war rundum wunderbar: Die Einrichtung, die Ausstattung, der Garten, alles! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - was nicht auch zuletzt an der sehr angenehmen Kommunikation mit den Beiden lag.

This is a lovely place to use as a base for exploring Wallonia. Namur, Dinant, Liege, Durbuy, even Luxembourg can be day trips from here. The surroundings are beautiful and Gauthier and family are super warm hosts. The breakfast goodies and chocolates provided was a lovely touch. Highly recommend the stay

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar. Sie ist sehr nah am Bahnhof, und auch die Innenstadt ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt einen Balkon mit Esstisch, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Bad ist chic, und die Dusche ist komfortabel.

Had a wonderful week long stay working from the apartment and enjoying Profondeville and its surroundings. We cycled to Dinant amd Namur along the river path and walked in the forest up in the hills behind the town. Profondeville has nice bars, restaurants bakeries and shops. The apartment is really nicely equipped. Spacious and very charming. One of our best Airbnb experiences, and we have had lots.

Samen met een vriend voor ultra hardloopwedstrijd in Bouillon. Dit huis is ruim (veel ruimer dan je op de foto's ziet), heel erg schoon, goed uitgerust en in een rustige omgeving. Perfect als uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te ontdekken. Jean Marc is vriendelijk en communiceert correct en snel. Het was voor ons mogelijk eerder in te checken en later te vertrekken. Al met al de perfecte locatie en omstandigheden om een perfecte race te lopen. Ik kan de accommodatie van harte aanbevelen.

We hebben echt een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Sabine is ontzettend vriendelijk en attent. We voelden ons meteen thuis. In de buurt zijn prachtige wandelingen en het stadje Bouillon ligt vlakbij. We zijn hier helemaal tot rust gekomen en zouden meteen terug boeken.

Endroit paisible au milieu de la forêt. Tout y est pour passer un agréable moment et surtout déconnecter. Les soirées autour du brasero sont magiques. Le hamac au milieu des arbres est un havre de paix. Le sauna et le jacuzzi sont un réel plus pour une détente totale. Le jacuzzi n'est par contre pas très pratique pour se doucher. Il n'y a pas de réseau du tout. Ce n'est vraiment pas un problème pour une déconnexion mais il faut juste le savoir. Le fauteuil n'est pas un lit fauteuil et il n'est donc pas spécialement confortable pour y passer une bonne nuit réparatrice. Le propriétaire (qui vit au-dessus) est très disponible et discret. Bref, nous vous recommandons vivement de passer un séjour de ce logement.

Serge is a kind, helpful and genial host. The apartment was just as described, with a lovely quiet garden for relaxing. About 15 minutes walk to centre of Dinant and there is an electric scooter pick up at the apartment. If we return to Dinant, we would have no hesitation going back to this apartment.

loved it😍 after cycling all the way from Rotterdam this was an oasis to recover. Also a beautiful day's cycle to Bastogne museum and back, largely country roads, though hilly. Jacuzzi was a godsend. First floor is b&b guests, apartment is in the roof area serviced by a lift off you don't want to navigate the beautiful wooden staircase. I used it quite a lot as recovering from my rides. peaceful evenings, no noise that I was aware of, nice and dark for sleeping. gorgeous gardens and goats, kids etc, birds as well! the spar in the town is not far to stock up. Didn't want to leave.

Een zeer aangename plek om te ontspannen met kinderen. Grote tuin, huisdieren, de kinderen waren dolenthousiast. In de buurt zijn er veel toeristische attracties.

Perfecte uitvalsbasis om te gaan wandelen in de Ardennen. Bakker, slager en restaurants op wandelafstand. Het appartement was ruim en smaakvol ingericht. Weet wel dat je 2 verdiepingen via een metalen buitentrap naar boven moet. Er is ook geen airco wat in de zomer wel eens warm kan worden mits het appartement recht onder het dak zit. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf!

Fantastisch mooi appartement in een zeer oud pand midden in het oude centrum van Durbuy. Naast ons favoriete restaurant Le Clos de Recolettes. Prachtige omgeving om te wandelen en heerlijke biertjes te proeven. Ook een aanrader om La Chouffe, Lupulus of Elfique te bezoeken.

After several years, we stayed in Pierre's "Gite" for the second time now, and I loved it even more then in 2019. The apartment is spacious and cosy, the little terrace has a wonderful view, and everything is set in a beautiful and quiet landscape. We also enjoyed the heated pool a lot. Above all, the hospitality of Pierre and his team stands out. He's extremely caring and helpful in every respect. If you have an opportunity to join the "Table d’Hôte", then this is highly recommended. Pierre will offer a wonderful selection of local food and wine, and there's nothing better then returning to the cosy apartment after such a delicious and satisfying dinner. We will return for sure come back. Thanks, Pierre!
