The accommodation is located in the village of Svirče, the center of the island, in a quiet environment, overlooking nature. The accommodation has private parking next to the property. It consists of a large living room, equipped with a sofa with a pull-out mattress, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a unique bedroom, in a room that was a well in the past, so in the hot summer months it provides a completely natural refreshment.

In both places there are many restaurants and during the summer there are plenty cultural activities going on. It's a perfect place for sports such as windsurfing, biking, jogging and a tennis court is very near. Also perfect for family time!. You'll love my place because It's a very cozy studio where you can enjoy the nature and a turquoise sea. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers and business travelers.

It is a 300-year-old stone house lovingly restored with thick natural stone walls and wooden floors. The whole house is open to the ground, i.e. between the floors there are only stairs, no doors.
