Smještaj ima privatni parking uz sami objekt. Sastoji se od velikog dnevnog boravka , opremljenog dvosjedom s madracem na razvlačenje, TV-om ravnog ekrana, potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom , kupatilom i jedinstvenom spavaćom sobom ,u prostoriji koja je u prošlosti bila bunar pa u vrućim ljetnim mjesecima pruža potpuno prirodno osvježenje.
