The stone house was simply fantastic! We were particularly enthusiastic about the absolutely private and secluded pool - perfect for relaxing. The tranquility in the area was exactly what we needed. We felt completely comfortable and recommended the accommodation directly to friends and family. A clear recommendation for those seeking relaxation and privacy!

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

We arrived 2 hours earlier than planned but we were able to inform Andrej one hour before arrival and were then allowed to check in earlier. The house was clean and something to eat and drink was already in the fridge for us. An employee of Andrej explained everything to us and also came every morning in the morning when everyone was still asleep to clean the pool. In the house you can use the dishwasher and also the washing machine, tabs and dish soap have already been there. Outside, the lighting switches on automatically in the evening and unfortunately can't be turned off manually, which makes it seem like rooms from outside. There is a supermarket and a bakery nearby, which are open every day. It is about 30 minutes to Pag, there is also the nearest gas station and larger supermarkets. It is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment to the sea and you can walk directly into the water even without bathing shoes. All in all, you can take a great vacation here. Glad to come back!

The place was great. Clean, well equipped, each room with its own bathroom and everything you need for a successful vacation. Check in and check out were absolutely straightforward and we were even able to check in earlier. All in all, a very nice time in Karlos' house.

Great place with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday. Hosts were super helpful and even provided a travel cot and highchair for our little one. Would recommend having a car to get to town but can easily/cheaply park to get into the old town. Ubers were also very available and good value.

The stay at Goran‘s place was great! His very sweet mother who lives in the building welcomed us and showed us everything. The place is perfect for 2 people who want to explore the surrounding areas. The kitchen is equipped pretty basic, you do need to bring some spices and something to make coffee in. Everything else was great for some easy cooking. The area is only 5 minutes with the car from Nin, which is a charming small town. Because we were there off-season, end of September, a lot of restaurants in this area were closed, but it was no problem for us to drive 5 minutes into Nin. Thank you again for the lovely stay!

One of the best place we have ever stayed

Goran and his wife Nikolina were truly exceptional hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. Their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail made our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable. It’s rare to meet people who go above and beyond with such genuine care — they didn’t just host us, they welcomed us like family. Thank you both for creating such a wonderful experience — we’ll carry the memories with us for a long time! The property is top notch with private garden and jacuzzi! Worth each penny!

Without a doubt, one of our best experiences staying at an Airbnb. The apartment is incredibly beautiful — it has everything you could need and more! The kitchen is super well-equipped, the sofa and the bed are both extremely comfortable, and the location is perfect, just 1–2 minutes from the nearest beach. Everything was amazing, but Marina’s warmth made it even better! She was always kind and helpful whenever we had questions about Preko or the apartment. We 100% recommend this place if you want your stay in Preko to be truly unforgettable!

We had a fantastic stay. the house is lovely, and was really clean, bed were very comfy. The trampoline was a plus for our kids (3&5yo). there is aircon in the main bedroom and also in the main open plan area. They let us check in a bit earlier which was lovely. They also had all the stuff you need for cooking like salt, oil, etc. and host left out some treats and fresh vegs from their garden. There is a beach 5min walk, and also a bar and a restaurant with nice food. Supermarket is about 15min walk, or 2 min drive, we went at the end of July so had to drive, otherwise heat was a bit much. Also very short drive there are other restaurants and shops. It's a perfect place if you have a car and want to drive around and explore and come back to a lovely place. Thank you for having us

Beautiful, very private cottage in the countryside. If you want to relax, this is the place to be. The small village of Novigrad is within walking distance and there are a few restaurants overlooking the sea.

We requested to rent our vacation one day earlier and then reject it a day earlier was easily possible. We informed the landlord that we don't arrive until 8pm in the evening, no problem. Great is the fenced area, our dog loved it. Everything is clean, all kitchen utensils are available, for us simply a fantastic place to stay. Marijan is straightforward, helpful where you need him, otherwise not intrusive.

This House is a little paradise! Tomislav and his family are great hosts. We had a perfect week in this beautiful holiday home. We didn't miss anything. Surrounded by nature and a great view into the distance. The equipment is top, modern kitchen with high quality equipment, everything was very clean. There is a well-kept outdoor area with a whirlpool, BBQ facility, boccia court, trampoline and playground for children. The music system inside and outside was a real highlight! Super well thought out:) The location is great, quiet and only 5 minutes to the beach by car. A small supermarket is a 3-minute walk away. Larger supermarkets, fresh fruit and vegetable stalls, fish etc are 15 minutes away by car. We'll definitely be back!

This place is a gem, clean and comfortable in a lovely unspoilt area of Croatia. Everything you need is close by- supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and beaches. This is a lovely quiet area and Flane was very accommodating recommending boat trips, restaurants and arranging transport to and from the Airport. He even met us at 2am at the villa when our flight was delayed to greet us. Zadar is about 25 minutes away by taxi and is great day out and I would recommend one of the boat tours that runs out of Vrsi harbour. We were 6 adults and one toddler and the villa had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend if you are visiting the area

It was a great stay at Host's place. Luka and Neno are hosts who are a pleasure to stay with. They are very responsive and quick to respond to messages, and they're helpful, and they really want guests to feel good. The apartment is impeccably clean — but a huge plus. There are also a lot of walking places in the area. I highly recommend staying with them while in the area.

Beautiful, tranquil and like paradise. We were honestly blown away with the setting. Excellent host, beautiful property on the beach.

The stay was great. The house is very modern and well equipped. Everything your heart desires. Beautiful pool and outdoor area, which could be even more beautiful with a little more "green". There is currently a lot of construction in the area, so we had to endure drilling noise for 2 days during the stay, but otherwise everything was great. Andrej is very nice and helpful.

We had a wonderful holiday in the Ventus Blue as a family of four (with 2 adult children). The house is very well equipped, nicely furnished and was sparkling clean when we arrived. It is small, but it was perfectly sufficient for us in the good weather we had, as we could spend most of the time outside. The air conditioning upstairs was pleasant for sleeping. The location of the house was perfect for us: absolutely quiet in beautiful countryside between mountains and sea and at the same time close enough to the village to shop on foot, to drink and eat or to go to the small quiet beach. Sime's parents welcomed us very nicely and Sime himself was easy to reach. For those who prefer nature and tranquility on vacation, the Ventus Blue is highly recommended!

To the host: Always happy to stay with Andrej. Communication went well. Always responded directly to questions and gave tips. Even before the start of the trip, all questions were clarified in advance and at check-in, even with our late arrival, enough time was invested to show us the accommodation. I'd give Andrej 5 out of 5. About the accommodation: very nice villa. Everything still of the latest and good standard. Although there were minor problems with electricity and hot water boilers, help was provided fairly quickly. Teething problems with a new building, I would say. Also the direct environment does not necessarily correspond to the vacation standard of everyone, because around it still very many construction sites cloud the picture.
