We rented a house for two days to celebrate their wife's birthday. We got a buzz, as if they were going tothe alll-inlus. Forest, river, soccer and basketball courts, sapas, bath. It's just a fairy tale. Hosts are very polite and attentive. And most importantly, everything is safe here, without mines. I recommend it to everyone.

Rent a new apartment for rent with all amenities. New residential estate "Status" on Mineralnaya St., 20 minutes drive to Akademgorodok metro station by minibus 420.10 minutes walk to the center of Irpin, nearby park "Dubki" and park"Pravika, Tax Academy, stop. In the yard there is a pharmacy, a cafe, a shop, a barbecue area with gazebo, a playground for kids, parking under the windows. The apartment has autonomous heating, constantly hot water, free internet, cable TV. Clean bed linen and towels.

Sokil Manor is located in the Kiev region, s. Novosilki Vyshgorod district, 20 km from Kiev. This is a traditional hut (wood-fired stove) but with all the modern amenities. Built in 1937. When renovating the house, we sought to preserve the original rustic character of the building while providing a comfortable place to relax. Everything is aged in an authentic style: pottery dishes, handmade wood furniture and wood-burning clay oven for cooking.

Larisa was understanding and super helpful during our stay, even though we created a stressful situation for her regarding the key. The apartment looks the same as it’s shown in the pictures provided. The location, clearly, is not central; it’s a ghetto, with A LOT OF multistory soviet buildings. I only booked it because I thought it was near the festival I was visiting Kyiv for, but still, we needed over 20 mins to get there by taxi since between the building, and the festival isn’t a road, but a forest. 😅 Taxi in Kyiv is super cheap! Other than my flawed calculation, which’s on me, I don’t have anything negative to say. I definitely recommend Larisa’s Airbnb.

Nice house, has everything for relaxing and staying both and a group. Nice sleeping arrangements, it was cold but cozy. I didn't like that there were neighbors very close. The overall impression from the description and photos was that it was one lake house with no neighbors sharing the area with you. As a result, the neighbors roasted their food on the grill in front of our porch when we arrived. The host and her mother are very nice, kind and always ready to help. Thanks for the weekend!
